  Fantastic service. They were able to get me my visa documents in 5 mins so I could catch my flight. Then they have an agent waiting at customs to expedite you to the front of the line. Highly recommend it!

  We didn’t realise we needed a visa for each of our children - no dependent visas allowed in Vietnam! We were scrambling the night before a public holiday and they managed to get us an 3 emergency e visas right as we were landing. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process. I was nervous to say the least especially the hefty/pp charge but we made it. They saved our holiday!

  We used this service as we urgently needed our e-visas to be processed within 24hrs. This service was absolutely amazing! For 55€ per visa, our application was processed and completed within 24hrs.   Extremely fast response time. I used the chat in the main website and the person replied to me right away via WhatsApp. I applied for an eVisa the week before I was meant to fly into Ha Noi but there was a holiday in Vietnam delaying my visa processing. Received my approved visa in less than 5 hours.

  After submitting my eVisa via the immigration website over a week before departure, I found due to the new year’s shutdown, my visa didn’t arrive prior to checking in for my flight at Narita to Vietnam. Thankfully, Urgent Visa Vietnam were able to issue me a letter to enable check-in and boarding within minutes (at 4am!) which enabled me to fly to Vietnam. Before the 7-hour flight landed, they sent me my Visa and had staff waiting for seamless fast track at the border. Saved me A$1000s in potential rescheduled flights and accommodation. Can’t thank or recommend them enough! They’re amazing, looking forward to using their service in the future
