  Used them twice this year. They were very efficient and kept me informed of progress. Having viewed but not downloaded my current visa, my dashboard access to it had a problem. I was at the airport checking in. I tried to call before their opening time but could not get through. Immediately upon opening they returned my calls! I spoke to Tracy who was so helpful. Within 5 minutes she had emailed me the pdf visa. Amazing service. Trustworthy, responsive, and splendid service. Highly recommended for Vietnam visa🥇

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars if possible. I enquired this consulting service and they provided very professional responsive and speaks very good English (credit to Andy!). I came the agent as I didn’t get my visa application from the government at the time I expected despite many failed calls to the government. I was very worried as the fight was just the next day. I approached this agent as they provide urgent services with a reasonable price. I didn’t pay for the service at the end as I did manage to get the official visa before I start to use their service. The company provided me a full refund! While I hear many scams about Vietnamese visa, how honest and trustworthy this company is! Highly recommended!

  Andy was very helpful and was incredibly responsive and reassuring to throughout the whole process. I needed a 1 day turnaround on my visa due to issues on my original visa application and Andy was able to deliver at the exact time promised and made our trip a lot less stressful. Thank you for all your work!! I highly recommend.

  I was denied entry at the border because my visa had the wrong dates. My friend had to enter Vietnam without me and only with this service was it possible to go after her just a day later. I paid 145$ and just 2 hours later they sent me my visa. They were quick to respond, answered all of my panicked questions and were friendly. And it actually worked. I am now in Vietnam!

  We booked expedited entry and included a car to our hotel. The car we had to wait over 45 minutes for the car. Then the seatbelts are buried under the seat. Also the seats are pushed far forward so they can get the bags in. I would not use the service ever again. The company contacted us and have acknowledged some issues they had that day. Customer service has made efforts to make things right with us. Everyone has a bad day on occasion so I was impressed with customer service response. So I will change the star rating and have added this paragraph to thank them for being upfront and making every effort to satisfy us.

  When you arrive in Vietnam doesn’t count on the date stamp for your passport, actually government set up the date for your visa you don’t travel with in the prior you will lose the days , you will stay shorter time, you might end up paying a fine.
