  I had a great experience with customer service at this company. I made a mistake with my VISA timing, and I was worried the government site wouldn’t finish it before my upcoming flight the next day. I consulted one other agency about rapid expedite, who quickly told me they could help but for $235. After contacting the Vietnam Visa Center Service, the person let me know my VISA would highly likely be completed in time on its own, and if by the morning it didn't come through, they could still help me get it at only $95. I got honest help which ultimately saved me needing to expedite. I’d trust this company especially after others looked to take advantage of my situation.

  Lunar new year and a last minute decision to go to Vietnam left me without a visa in time. I contacted them and they had me set in less than 24 hours. Seemed impossible but they got it done as promised AND on time. Their fees are reasonable too! Upon my arrival in Da nang, someone was waiting for me before the line for immigration with a printed copy of the visa. Many thanks to you and the team!

  Having used Vietnam Visa Center Service over a longer period, I can honestly say that their service orientation is second to none. Their visa service is quick, 100% efficient and reliable and being a Canadian citizen that has lived off and on in Vietnam over a period of 9-10 years, I highly recommend them.

  We urgently needed to get into Vietnam a few days early than initially intended so we messaged the WhatsApp helpline. We were dealing with a Mr. Tran and he couldn't have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure our e-visas were issued in time for our flight and was immediately responsive every time we got in touch. I can't thank the Vietnam Visa Centre and in particular Mr. Tran enough for everything!

  We needed an emergent arrangement for visa on a Sunday afternoon after discovering that our previously issued visa had a wrong date while trying to check-in. Vietnam e-Visa responded to the WhatsApp message right away and was able to get us a visa within 30 minutes. There was no hidden fees and they were professional. Greeted us before immigration and helped us with the rest of the process as well. We would use them again

  Hi, evisa application was completely blocked for my daughter. For 12 days that was. Couldn’t do anything, couldn’t reach anybody at Immigration and stumbled upon Vietnam Visa Center. The replied right away via Whatsapp and had everything taken care within two hours, just in time for my daughter to catch her plane in Amsterdam 🤗. Great service!

  This is an inexpensive, reliable service. Rather than wait 3-5 business days for the Vietnamese Embassy to process our visas, I contacted this company via Whatsapp chat. They responded quickly, spoke English and guided me through the process. The cost for each 30-day, single entry visa delivered in 1-day, was $95. They also offer 1-hour and 3-day delivery...not sure about costs on those. These visa service companies are not available on weekends.

  Absolutely terrible express visa service. I had to buy a 30 minute express visa as I had a layover in Vietnam from Cambodia to Sydney (I needed a visa as I had to check in to my second flight at the desk). I sent them my flight itinerary and there was no issues raised. The visa hadn’t come through when I landed, 2 hour flight and I bought the visa 2 hours before my flight. I was held at immigration waiting for the visa to come through and missed my flight. They refused to refund me for my visa I wasn’t looking for reimbursement for the new flights I had to book to get home. Would not recommend.
