Great gym, much quieter than other California gyms so easier to enjoy workout. Equipment is clean and staff are very friendly :)

Fairly poor. Whilst it's quite clean, it's poorly equipped, and the A/C is useless. Add to this the fact that you can only enter/exit via elevator, which is regularly full, and it just makes for a very frustrating experience. Also, you'll either have to listen to incredibly repetitive music or to people having phone calls on loudspeaker. And, on a Saturday morning at least, there are kids running around.
