  A very peaceful and beautiful space with warm and positive energy. Every time I come here, I feel calmer and more connected to myself. I’m truly grateful to the teachers for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment. Highly recommend this center to anyone looking for balance, healing, and inner peace.

  Great experience and workshops. I got to learn about the fundamentals of yoga. Instructors and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Food (vegan) was great as well. Highly rcm.

  Wonderful evening of yoga. Very personalised and deep practise. They only set up for 3 for the 6.30 class so expect a very special session from a dedicated teacher in an intimate and beautiful setting. Cheapest yoga that I found in Hanoi. They're volunteers.

  I went to the 8am class and really enjoyed the pranayama and classic asana practice. The teacher is very professional and transmits a lovely calm energy. Highly recommended.
