  The place is warm atmotspher and very nice, location is perfect as very easy for commuting to and from, even you're not living close to it. Surrounded area has many interesting thing like street food, coffee, very close to Central Points of Ha Noi like Theate, Church, Hoan Kiem Lake, old quarter street... Teachers team are skillfull and very nice, you definitely will not regret once you join their classes. Highly recommended.

  Ms Thanh at The Yoga Zone is an amazing teacher. Being lazy for a long time and just joined her first class for curiousty only, I was really impressive by the way she insprired her full energy for students. Now, I've followed her class over 3 years ❤️

  I did a drop in class and it was an phenomenal experience. The instructor accommodated the class for only English fluent participants. Very helpful and optimizing posturing and engages with the crowd. Highly recommend. Contact via WhatsApp

  Đúng lúc em đang cần tìm trung tâm tập yoga thì va phải The Yoga Zone ở Hoà Mã. Phòng tập nhỏ nhắn thui nhưng thoáng và sạch sẽ lắm, vị trí còn gần văn phòng nên trưa đi ra tập rất tiện. Mong là gắn bó lâu dài với trung tâm. Sẽ giới thiệu thêm bạn bè đến tập!
