  We did the coffee class and it was absolutely perfect! It was very enriching, delicious, and interesting. An experience I highly recommend to everyone! Just make sure to eat well beforehand, drink enough water, and pay attention to how much caffeine your body can handle - because I walked out dizzy from all the caffeine 😂😂

  Truly vietnamese coffee! We tried tiramisu and vietnamese black coffee! It's really good. The space here isn't actually beautiful but coffee is great. Enjoy it!

  Me and my friend decided to book this coffee making class while we were in Hoi An and it was fantastic! Within the class we were taught about the different types of coffee around the world and the differences between them, the most famous types of Vietnamese coffees, and most importantly how to make them. We got to make 3 different coffees all made from the base of Phin coffee. This included egg, salted and coconut. My friend is also vegan and they were able to accommodate her dietary requirements amazingly by offering vegan milk and I fended milk alternatives. Our tutor Tuan was so friendly and knowledgeable he really made our experience so much fun. I 100% recommend the coffee making class here to anyone visiting Hoi An as it was our favourite activity we did here. Thank you Tuan and the rest of the Faifo team!

  This coffee-making class was such a great experience! Tuan was an amazing instructor, very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to follow. We learned how to make traditional Vietnamese coffee, salt coffee, coconut coffee, and iced coffees, and everything tasted incredible. He also taught us about where the coffee comes from and the history behind Vietnamese coffee, which made the class even more interesting. The atmosphere was relaxed with nice music, and Tuan took photos and videos of us during the class so we could fully enjoy the experience. He shared all the recipes and even let us buy the filters and equipment to make the coffee at home. If you’re a coffee lover or want a fun, hands-on experience, I highly recommend this class with Tuan, definitely a highlight of our trip!

  We had an amazing time doing this coffee-making class with Tuan. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and we learned so much about Vietnamese coffee. We were able to choose which two types of coffee we wanted to make, and we decided on salt coffee and coconut coffee. We even got to take home two small packs of Vietnamese coffee and some coconut crackers. The class costs 375,000 VND per person, which felt very worth it. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

  Despite his young age, Tuan was an excellent source of instruction, knowledge and skill, in the history of Hoi An and the coffee industry in general. All delivered in good humour and patience. We had hands on practice in making the iconic Vietnamese phin coffee, salt coffee, coconut coffee and egg coffee. And we got to drink it all afterwards! Truly an enjoyable 90-minute respite from touring all the other must-see attractions in Hoi An.

  The egg coffee was fantastic—rich and creamy, and you could really feel the quality of the beans coming through. Unfortunately, the iced flat white was a letdown; it tasted quite bitter. Worth it for the egg coffee experience, just be selective with your other orders. Service could also be improved—the waiter was a bit rude; as I was taking a picture, he said "excuse me" in a not-so-friendly way.
