  I do not want to leave my room at all! It's beautiful and the host Tung was amazing, friendly and really kind and caring. Throughout my stay at shelter cafe, all I think about was I wished I booked more nights here! The room is beautiful, smells amazing, there's a microwave, huge fridge, bath tube, washing machine. Everything! It's so near to the ancient town (right behind) and the shopping is insane. The cafe downstairs itself opens early and closes late. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee is great too! I love it here! Managed to clear all my assignments too! Can't wait to visit again!

  We had a bowl here and coffee, and even though I’m usually not a big fan of bowls, this was honestly one of the tastiest ones I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced, and the fruits were very sweet. Coffee was also refreshing and well served! A really nice café with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is so friendly ❤️ I would definitely recommend it.

  Beautiful coffee shop close to our hotel. I try coffee every day all over Vietnam and I think with this place I have found the best. The service was top notch and so friendly and so clean and classy.

  Had an amazing experience at Shelter Cafe! Tried their traditional Vietnamese egg coffee and it was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly made. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. A must-visit spot in Hoi An! Highly recommend. 👍

  Amazing food and even better service! The acai bowls are very fresh and very refreshing on a hot day! The coffees are also incredible!!

  Had a lovely breakfast here. They have a good selection of Vietnamese and Italian Coffee. I had an iced salted coffee and it was delicious. The coffees took a little longer than expected to come out but that was not an idsue for us..Their food menu is just yogurt/smoothie bowls, which is why we came. The smoothie bowl was yummy and very prettily assembled.

  ☕️ Stopped by The Shelter Cafe recently and WOW — I was so impressed! 🌟 Brand new spot with an amazing coffee selection (nice and strong 💪) and the fresh fruit & cereal bowl was delish! 🥣🍓 Perfect location, and the staff and owners made us feel super welcome. 💛 Highly recommend! (BTW - really close to the river and Ancient Town).
