  I honestly think this doctor was better than my GP back home. I had a suspicion that my son had an ear infection and messaged on WhatsApp, within an hour we were at his office-one of the most thorough examinations I’ve seen! Confirmed ear infection and sent us off with meds and instructions. Even continued care with follow up messages for the rest of our stay to check on our patient. I highly recommend

  I came with an ear infection (outer and middle ear) - I’ve had skin problems that have been causing me issues on and off for a couple of years, which unfortunately came back and caused a nasty infection whilst travelling. Communication to sort and book an appointment was really smooth. I was treated exceptionally well- he had very thorough questions to ask and gave a great a step by step guide to treating the issue. He even did an initial clean of the ear tutorial whilst I was there - and it looked so much better even from the first clean (the before picture probably too bad to post on here, but I’ve popped on a picture of the initial clean results!). Spent a good 40 minutes with me too! Thanks so much.

  I arrived to Dr Nhan in the middle of their holiday after visiting the local hospital, I was very frustrated and exhausted from looking for a good treatment. He took the time to ask questions and understand all symptoms and how I was feeling, eventually diagnosed me and provided medications as well. I recovered and felt much better already the next morning. It can be very frightening to be that sick in foreign country and I’m glad I find your clinic. Thank you doctor, you truly saved the day.

  Excellent experience with Dr. Care in Hoi An. My wife got a sore throat one night, and the next morning I contacted Dr. Care — he responded immediately. Within an hour he was already at our apartment checking on her. He quickly arranged blood work, and his staff even came to our apartment to take the blood sample. Our daughter had been stung by an insect, and he carefully checked that as well. His diagnosis was fast and accurate, and the prescription he gave was very effective — my wife felt much better within two days, and the insect bite is healing nicely. Very professional, responsive, and reliable service. Highly recommended.

  Very attentive and genuinely considerate. Dr Care took the time to really listen and understand my symptoms instead of rushing the appointment. Communication in English was easy and natural. The whole experience felt calm and professional, and I felt genuinely at ease. We had a great conversation, and the prescription was clearly thoughtful and well-targeted. This is a great example of the high quality of healthcare available in Vietnam. I would absolutely recommend Dr Care to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares.

  I had an accident during my travels and ended up with a very nasty deep wound and alot of other cuts and grazes. Upon arriving in Hoi an I messaged family clinic dr.care, from the very start, the service and treatment i received was excellent. I sent across pictures and the doctor arranged for his staff to come and treat me at my hotel the first day I arrived. The nurse arrived first thing in the morning ( she was so pleasant and caring), she cleaned and patched up my wounds and provided me with information and then came back the next day and done the same for me. My wounds are all healing very well and I have 0 pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this clinic!

  Dr Nhan is excellent! I was very sick when I arrived in Hoi An. We reached out to him and he came to our hotel late at night. Due to his careful diagnosis and treatment plan, I started recovering right away! He even brought the medications with him as he had already taken my symptoms ahead of time over what’s app. I am so very grateful to him for healing me! We need doctors like him everywhere! I highly recommend him!

  I came to this clinic after arriving in Hoi An from Indonesia the day prior. I had an infection on my leg that was worsening, and the doctor I met at the clinic advised me it was a moderate case of Cellulitus that made it painful to walk. Each day after they would message me and have me send them photos so they could monitor my recovery. After 3 days, another doctor drove to my hotel, cleaned my wound, gave me more medication and advised me on next steps. I am healing now thanks to the care and professionalism demonstrated by the doctors at this clinic. They are very awesome to work with, and want to make sure you heal quickly.
