  Dr. Dung is very professional and a nice person. He takes time to diagnose the case and prescribes the right medicine. We were very satisfied and were able to continue our activities the next day after a serious case of Delhi belly. The antibiotics kicked right in. If you have any problem in the Hoi An area, go see dr. Dung.

  I cannot recommend this doctor highly enough! After two surgeries in Australia, I thought my cyst was gone for good. Unfortunately, while I was in Hoi An, it reappeared and burst, leaving me in excruciating pain with a severe infection. The doctor’s care was exceptional from the moment I arrived. He immediately assessed the situation and quickly organized a surgeon to come into the clinic to perform the drainage procedure. The process was efficient, professional, and incredibly well-handled. He also provided me with all the medication I needed, and the total cost for two consultations and surgery was just $200 AUD – an absolute bargain for such high-quality care. The level of promptness, expertise, and compassion I received was truly impressive. If you’re ever in need of medical attention in Hoi An, don’t hesitate to visit this clinic – you’ll be in the best hands!

  We went here on very short notice and got an appointment right away (even on Sunday morning!). The doctor could help us immediately, was very friendly and nice. We talked easily in English and after the treatment he gave us some medication. The medication was not just antibiotics, because it was not necessary. We really appreciated that the doctor took the time and did not send us away with antibiotics like you read with a few others. But of course if it had been necessary he would have prescribed it. In the end we were able to pay in Dong or EUR and he even cared about signing document for insurance so we get the money back. So all in all a great experience!

  Walked in and was seen as the next patient. Doctor spoke good English and listened then diagnosed me. For the past two months I’ve had ear inflammation and have seen two other doctors in two other counties to minimal success. Doctor looked in ears to confirm infection and he has prescribed me a few things. I hope this works! He also printed off formal medical proof signed by him with details for travel insurance which is very nice and helpful. No hassle, professional care.

  Great friendly doctor! I was seen quickly within 15 minutes of arriving, he listened to all of my concerns and treated accordingly. He provided an ultrasound service, as well as all medication needed, and certificates for travel insurance. He was incredibly professional, and explained everything in great detail. The consultation price as well as medication etc was extremely reasonable! He also listened to my concerns regarding previous side effects from a certain medication, and lowered the dosage accordingly so that i am now on the mend. Can’t thank him enough for his support, this doctor and his staff were incredibly kind.

  I had an ear infection. I arrived at this clinic without setting up an appointment. Waited 10 minutes for the doctor. Very professional doctor. He asked many questions about my general condition, made lab tests, explained that I have bacteria, gave me medicines, and answered questions. Very good English. Very efficient treatment. Cost 60 dollars.

  Very good service especially as a tourist. Was seen quickly with no prior appointment. Doctor had very good English and was very helpful. Also not too expensive, paid €55 for a consultation, ultrasound scan, prescription and antibiotics + painkillers. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling.

  I needed treatment for an infected insect bite while staying in Hoi An. I chose to visit this clinic based on all of the good reviews from other travellers, and I’m glad I did. Dr. Tran saw me as a walk-in & within 20 mins I had my prescription, medicines, and comprehensive medical invoice to claim back on my health insurance. He speaks English well & does not charge too much; the consultation, antibiotics & creams came to €55 . I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Tran, especially for anyone travelling
