A very professional, friendly treatment I suddenly needed (not planned 😂) a dental crown. Called there, got a Termin for next day. Went there, tooth was checked, He find out that I would need also a root treatment 😞 That was done within a 3 treatment. I chosed a full ceramic crown. Manufactured on site. A very good quality. About the price 👍 You cannot compare with European prices 😁

would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire dental clinic team for their excellent work! I had two crowns installed, and everything was done very comfortably, carefully, and completely pain-free. I feel great now, and nothing is bothering me. Special thanks for the attentive and caring attitude — they kindly allowed me to split the payment into two parts, which was very important for me. The staff here are truly kind, professional, and attentive dentists who do their work with great care and quality. I am very happy with the result and can confidently recommend this dental clinic!

I had a very good experience at this clinic. The staff were attentive and professional, and the doctor explained everything clearly. I had teeth whitening, a crown placement, and a wisdom tooth extraction. I was very nervous before the extraction, but it was done smoothly and I honestly barely felt it. The clinic also checked on me afterwards, which I appreciated. Thank you for the good treatment and care

They were so bloody accommodating. We had one person in a wheelchair who could not be transferred to the dentist chair and they helped us make it work. They were very gentle and so bloody nice. We had 4x people and everyone was very happy with the service they provided. The dental practice is very clean and tidy, smells great and looks very modern. I would highly recommend An Tâm Smile 10/10

Worth the 5 stars ⭐️ review. We were on a trip in Vietnam and stopped by Hoi An (lovely place to visit btw). We decided to go to An Tâm Smile dentist for my parents’ dental check up. The lady dentist is so gentle, nice and patient in explaining to us. We used google translate at times and that helped. My dad was happy with his dental filing. My mum ended doing her dental bridge and crown there. The dentist was so committed and worked late night to finish my mum’s dental before our flight the next morning. Hope this review can help someone else looking for a dentist in Hoi An, highly recommended. Thank you again 🙏

Yesterday l had an appointment at An Tam Smile , for teeth whitening. I am very happy with the results. However l was completely dissatisfied with the young dentist doing my whitening. She had long hair and although it was pulled back in a ponytail she was constantly tucking it behind her ears, touching her face and then continued to work in my mouth. Before the whitening, l had a clean, no goggles given to me , the toothpaste just splattered on my face. Also she was Constantly on her phone ! , no change of gloves , and back working on my teeth . General standards of hygiene ?? I do not speak Vietnamese, and the young girl did not speak English, so of course communication was difficult and l understand that , but l do believe she could have indicated through perhaps hand gestures. For example, when the laser light was placed over my mouth and teeth , l had no idea how long this would be, she just sat fiddling with her hair and more playing with her phone.( l did have goggles on for this part ) l have had teeth whitening done before so was aware of the foods to avoid 24 - 48 hours after this treatment. This practice gave no information whatsoever to the after care of a whitening procedure. I hope this is all taken as constructive criticism to improve this dental practice as l am still happy with the end result

The cleaning was good but they are about maximizing profit not safety. The dentist was late and inattentive. He actually stated he’d reuse my old brackets and wires (instead of removing them) that have been left unattended and shifting for a year which was a HUGE red flag and a no no to save himself money. And they tried to pressure me into a contract. I’m glad I said no. I’m not paying so someone can half do a job and leave me worse than when i came in. He absolutely did not care.

FORMAL COMPLAINT!!! (ZERO Stars if I would rate this place) I have a dental background and would not recommend this clinic. Due to a busy morning, I was unable to accompany my brother to his appointment. He attended the clinic for what he understood to be a simple filling. However, he left the clinic having had 8 upper and 8 lower teeth shaved down (v-shape) without clear explanation or informed consent. If my sister-in-law had not questioned why a “filling” was taking so long, the dentist would have proceeded further. she was waiting outside under the impression that only a filling replacement was being done and was unaware that 16th teeth were being prepared for crowns. When I later saw my brother, I was shocked by the condition he was left in. No impressions were taken prior to tooth preparations, and no temporary crowns were provided, which is a fundamental standard of care. The correct protocol is to take the impressions first, then prepare the teeth, and provide temporaries. This was not done! I contacted the dentist directly to ask for an explanation. she claimed my brother had requested fillings. I responded by asking how shaving teeth from 14-24 and 34-44 could possibly be considered a filling, as this is clearly full crown preparation. The situation was disorganised and highly concerning. My brother felt he had no choice but to proceed and pay the x amount. He was sent home with crooked teeth and poor cosmetic results. As someone with dental knowledge, I had to instruct the dentist on bur selection, occlusion, high and low spots, and cosmetic assessment, which should never happened. In addition to clinical concerns, infection control was extremely poor. I observed the dentist touching multiple surfaces, and placing her phone by the instrument tray. In another operators, a dental nurse was using her phone while a patient was in the chair. There were flies present, and patient chairs were not disinfected with alcohol between patients. Based on the lack of informed consent, substandard clinic practice, poor hygiene, and unprofessional behaviour, I believe this clinic is unsafe for patients and should be investigated and shut down!!!! Adding to this concern, the extensive dental work was carried out only 4 days before we were due to fly home. This placed my brother under significant stress and left no reasonable time to seek a second opinion, corrective treatment, or proper follow-up care before international travel. Performing irreversible procedure under such time pressure, without informed consent, is highly inappropriate and irresponsible. I rate this place a ZERO stars if that were possible. Based on my experience, this clinic should be shut!!!!!
