Fantastic dentists, highly recommend if needing work done. Went for veneers which turned out fantastic, felt very natural after 24 hours. Great attention to detail. Had a deep clean and they very kindly removed my wisdom teeth at the same time when I asked if they could, even though wasn’t booked that time. I won’t hesitate to return for more dental in the future.

Just finished a very professional session with Dr Nam and could not be more pleased. This clinic in Hoi An is very well recommended and with good reason. Their professional services are excellent, fast, clean and highly skilled. At 85, with a mouthful of teeth having been damaged, fixed, implanted and abused, I was in need of a lot of work. After a thorough examination, Dr Nam recommended 10 crowns. I agreed and expected many hours of discomfort. I was wrong. Three hours in the chair and the removal and preparation of the crowns as well as the temporaries were done. Two days later the new crowns were installed and fitted in about an hour. The fit is perfect, I have nearly a whole new mouth. All done with no discomfort or pain and a quiet efficiency. The value is way above anything I’ve experienced. Congratulations! ❤️ I highly recommend this clinic

I recently visited Dr. Nha Khoa for a dental check-up while traveling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Being in a foreign country and going to the dentist can be a bit stressful, but Dr. Nha and her entire team were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away ☺️ Dr. Nha thoroughly checked my teeth, explained which fillings needed replacement, and offered additional services like tartar removal to maintain my gums and teeth in a top shape 🦷 The professionalism, attention to detail, and warm atmosphere were truly impressive 🤩 I highly recommend Dr. Nha and her clinic for anyone seeking dental care in Hoi An. The services are not only professional but also reasonably priced, which is an added bonus. If you're looking for great dental care, this is the place to go 🙏

Vietnam has become a popular destination for high-quality, affordable dental care — and we can now personally vouch for it. During our stay in Hội An last February, we initially visited Nha Khoa Aurora Dental for a routine check-up after reading a few glowing reviews… and we ended up deciding to get crowns — me, my husband, my kids and my mum. The couple who run the clinic are kind, professional, and extremely conscientious. They are also very gentle in their care, which made a big difference — especially when they cleaned our kids’ teeth. Everything was done with such patience and attention. My mum, who is 74, said it was the first time in years that her mouth felt "normal" again. The crowns are well made, aesthetically pleasing, and although it can take a bit of time to adjust (depending on your sensitivity), a few months later, we can confidently say it was a great decision for all three of us. We’re so glad we pushed the door to their dental office. They are hardworking, caring, and genuinely lovely people — and if we return to Hội An, we’ll definitely visit them again and trust them with our dental care.

Amazing! Travelling with my dad who had a significant tooth problem as we were leaving Ho Chi Minh City to fly to Hoi An. Contacted Aurora on WhatsApp - they responded instantly and gave us an appointment that same day. They performed a full root canal treatment which took 3 to 4 hours into the evening. His infection was bad and treatment was difficult but they did an amazing job and fixed him up in one visit. They then built a bridge implant to replace two missing teeth that they made and fitted in just over 24 hours. Quality of treatment seems very high and quality of service was simply amazing. They were instantly responsive on WhatsApp before we arrived and kept me informed with constant WhatsApp messages while they were treating my Dad. They even drove him back to our hotel!! I highly recommend Nha Khao Aurora Dental.

I got a fast appointment for an hour long teeth bleaching. Modern state of the art clinic and a caring dentist. Not just wait a fraction of the cost in California, they also usev35%; peroxide. I got excellent results and will return and can highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Nam was very professional and efficient. I had some extreme pain in one of my molars. After some X-rays we determined that the best option would be a root canal and a crown since most of the tooth was old filling. The whole thing was mostly painless. Only some discomfort in the gums and the jaw muscle from opening for an extended time. The porcelain crown was manufactured and ready to install after 2 days. Dr Nam carefully adjusted/altered the crown until it had a perfect fit. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Nam.

I came in for a routine teeth cleaning after a year-long delay, drawn by positive reviews and the dentist’s quick response. The clinic was large but oddly empty, with only one man working. The cleaning was messy and painful. Afterwards, the dentist suggested composite bonding to cover gaps near my gums (I had periodontitis treated years ago in France). I wasn’t experiencing sensitivity but was persuaded by his confidence and the promise of a painless, aesthetic improvement. The procedure was uncomfortable, and immediately after, he told me one tooth now needed a crown—a surprise, since this wasn’t mentioned earlier. When I asked about next steps, he casually brought up veneers too. At 31, with healthy enough teeth, this felt like some strange kind of upselling. Soon after, I developed sensitivity in some of the 4 teeth where he had put the composite, I hadn't felt that pain there before and thought maybe during the messy cleaning a filling had been dislodged. But with a bit more info it could of been due to the composite not being placed correctly. I returned, and he added more composite, but again brought up crowns and veneers. This time staying I needed 3 crowns. His suggestions seemed to shirt every visit, so even after the added composite and the same amount of pain I went to get a second opinion. I later visited a modern clinic in Da Nang with better tools, a professional team, and clear imaging. They reassured me no crowns or veneers were needed and said the sensitivity likely came from poor prep during the bonding. It was normal to file the area first but unnecessary to place bonding if there is no sensitivity in the first place. I kept in touch with the dentist and he told me eventually he would remove the composite and give me a refund. I wasn't looking for any monetary compensation, and after learning that the damage was done removing it seemed pedantic and counterproductive at this point. Anyway I am leaving a bad review not just because I left with pain I didn't use to have But the communication is bad and I also didn't appreciate the over the top solutions that where suggested after a procedure was done. If you're in the area, I strongly recommend going toa more professional place in Da Nang instead. Note: Most 5-star reviews seem to reference a female dentist. I was treated by a man—this review reflects that specific experience.
