  Walked in and had my 7 year old teeth cleaning. They were very gentle, ensure that my daughter is comfortable and it was done properly. They did thorough cleaning for my girl. We ended up having my husband, sister and friend did the cleaning too. Service was great and reasonable price. Great service! Highly recommended!

  Dr Hién and the staff took great care of me while I had a tooth emergency. Seems at 52, if you still have baby molars, they are prone to becoming inflammed and this happens quickly. The dentist is very kind, patient, and gentle. One of the hygienists speaks good English. X-rays were fast and no charge. The extraction took about 30 minutes and cost 300,000d, about C$16. He administered extra lidocaine when I could still feel it. The hygienist patted me & rubbed my arm while the freezing was going in (the only painful part). It was so reassuring to know they care about you. I highly recommend going here if you need a dentist while in Hoi An. 👌

  I visited Nha Khoa Sài Gòn (Hội An) dental clinic and was satisfied with the result. I had a filling placed on one tooth. Another tooth was significantly damaged: a large part was missing, while the front surface remained intact. The doctor preserved the remaining structure, placed a post, and restored the tooth with a filling - everything is holding well. Professional teeth cleaning was also performed. In my case, the tooth was preserved. My partner received a zirconia crown. First, impressions were taken and a temporary crown was placed. A few days later, it was removed and the permanent crown was tried in. During the fitting, the result was discussed with the doctor and Sa. The bite was adjusted several times at his request until it felt comfortable. After the final adjustments, the crown was permanently fixed. The fit and occlusion were adjusted, which reduces the risk of discomfort or overload of the tooth in the future. Before payment, a 10 year warranty document was issued specifying the crown material, laboratory information, as well as the patient’s and doctor’s details. After payment, upon my request and without any objections, an official receipt with signatures and the clinic’s stamp was issued. For me, this is an important and valuable point confirming transparency and official practice. Doctor Hien explained the plan of action before each procedure. During the treatment process, control X-rays were taken using professional equipment, which for me is an indicator of a responsible approach. Administrator and assistant Sa: - guided us through all stages - explained the treatment process - answered questions openly - remained available via WhatsApp Sa is attentive to patients, provides support during procedures, and offers additional explanations when needed. I am very grateful. I have experience visiting dental clinics, and your support is truly valuable. I would also like to thank the clinic for the discounts provided. The price list is openly displayed at the entrance, and there were no hidden charges. We plan to continue treatment at this clinic. Thank you !🤗

  I’ve visited this dentist 3 times in as many years and have only good things to say. The staff are excellent and friendly, especially Sa who was extremely helpful. I had my teeth cleaned and had custom whitening trays made. The team made sure these fit perfectly and had them made in 24 hours. I’m very pleased with the results and will recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An!!!

  I am very grateful to Dr. Hien and his team at NU CUOI SAIGON (TP. HỘI AN) clinic. After an unsuccessful and expensive experience at another clinic where the treatment was not completed properly, I came here for correction. Dr. Hien adjusted my bite and did polishing to fix the previous work. He also removed a cyst above the tooth and placed two fillings. Due to the risk of losing two non-vital front teeth, two crowns were installed. Before I made the payment, I was provided with a personalized 10-year warranty card with a QR code linking to the dental laboratory’s website, where I could see detailed information about the exact materials used for my specific crowns. After the crowns were installed, I was given an official receipt with a stamp and a full description of the procedures performed. The speed and quality of the work were at a very high level. I also had a professional cleaning and received pleasant discounts. Special thanks to Dr. Hien, Sa, and the nurses for their professionalism and attentive care. I visited the clinic with my girlfriend. She was worried at first, but the doctor and his team surrounded her with care, and she is also very satisfied with her result. I wish the clinic continued success and growth!

  One of the best dental practices I have ever visited. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding, and the team consistently go above and beyond to ensure i felt comfortable and reassured throughout their treatment. I would genuinely prefer coming here over returning to the UK for dental care. Without a doubt, this is the best dentist I have been to.

  I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now, and recently had E-max crowns fitted. I’m genuinely very grateful for the level of care and skill throughout the whole process. From preparation, to temporary crowns, through to the final fitting, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. Sa, the dentist, and the team were excellent, always available to answer questions, explain each step clearly, and provide reassurance when needed. The result looks natural and feels solid, and the aftercare and support have been outstanding. It’s also great value compared to UK pricing, with a long warranty and a level of service that’s hard to match. Highly recommended.

  We were recommended by a friend in Australia and we have been extremely happy. I had 3 fillings and a root canal done mid 2024, and have just had 3 crowns done. My wife is petrified of the dentist and she had a crown and a clean and was also very happy and comfortable. We won’t go to the dentist in Australia again!
