  I had broke my permanent wire retainer during my travels. My teeth were moving quite quickly and I didn’t feel like I had time to wait to get it fixed until I returned home, so I found TGM dental as they had great google reviews and I understand why they are so highly rated. They got me in to see a dentist on the same day I got in contact with them. They repositioned the already shifted top front teeth and fixed the broken retainer so that they were perfectly in place. She also asked if I wanted a filling touched up from a previously broken tooth (seperate issue), to which I agreed. Lastly I had asked her to do a standard cleaning while I was there as it had been a while since I had seen my regular dentist. The dental work was very well done the space was clean and professional. Staff was very friendly and communicated very clearly on procedures and costs (spoke very good English). The total cost for a cleaning, filling repair/colour match and wire retainer repair of my two front teeth was 1,200,000 VND (around $70 AUD or CAD) which I reckon is at least a tenth of the the price I’d pay for the same service back home. For comparison, the cost for my filling and colour match alone when I broke my tooth in Canada roughly 15 years ago was around $350 CAD (best guess what that might cost today). All up I think this was the most pleasant dental experience I’ve had in my life with comparison to clinics in both Canada and Australia. Highly highly highly recommend their services!!

  I needed a new night-time mouth guard, fast turn around, and they were very professional. It was easy to book online, the staff were lovely and upfront about what services they could perform and what I should get back in Australia. The dentist opened the sterile tool packets in front of me. Highly recommend.

  The best dentist I have ever had in my life. Members of the staff, just amazing. All of them. The dentist was patience with me, she was sweet and professional. She didn't go with tons of xray and anaesthetics injections like everyone else; she did what was necessary only. Very honest dentist and transparent.

  Had a fantastic clean and X-ray. My husband had two crowns and a clean. (Total cost 10,700,000dong or $700nzd) Excellent service. Highly recommend.

  A really really excellent business. The staff are so nice and speak great English and got me in for a crown just days after I contacted them. And the dentist was amazing and so careful and meticulous and was able to save a cracked tooth that I could not even afford to get pulled back home in the US. I am losing my fear of the dentist thanks to these lovely people. I am so very grateful!

  May, 2026. I had false dentures made at this surgery but unfortunately they didn't work out because of the age of my gums. All the same TGM refunded over half of what I had paid and I was more than happy with that. Hence, I recommend this surgery to anyone needing dental work. They are still the one's I'll use in future.

  Very disappointed by my experience here unfortunately. I came with significant pain on the right side of my jaw/teeth while also being sick recently with ENT inflammation and ear congestion. First, I was given an appointment at 11:30 but was only seen around 12:15, even if I told them that I have a newborn and don’t have much tim. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and not professional. The dentist didn’t even say hello properly. The examination itself lasted only a few minutes. They took a couple of X-rays, painful as the assistant just put his fingers inside my mouth without taking his time to explain. The x-rays were never shown or explained to me properly. I was simply told “you have nothing, no cavity.” I would have appreciated a real discussion about what they were seeing. Throughout the consultation, I felt nobody was really trying to fully understand the situation or ask detailed questions. What shocked me the most was leaving with a prescription for Augmentin and Medrol after such a quick examination and without any clear diagnosis. Prescribing antibiotics and corticosteroids so casually, especially to a breastfeeding mother, is not something I take lightly. There was no discussion about risks, alternatives, probiotics, monitoring or whether such a heavy treatment was truly necessary. It’s like oh just in case, take some medicine even if we have no clue about what you have. Even if nothing serious was found, I expected more guidance, more communication, more professionalism and simply more care. I honestly do not understand all the glowing reviews after this experience. Yes, prices are cheap but I prefer to pay more and have a professional care.

  I was very impressed with the work done on my broken tooth a year ago, despite telling me that the temporary fix would not last long it's lasted a year. The cost was well I didn't remember because it was not even as much as £20 .. so I thought I would have another tooth sorted, the clean and polish at around £5 more than fair. So how much for the other tooth repair? Around £5 was the answer. Ok book me in... A few days later sitting in the chair, the problem with the price exploded to £300 .... no mistake.. just be warned. I am more than happy with what they did before that has lasted over a year. I will not be returning. Hope this helps.
