  Very good gym, very fresh equipment!! Recommend, pt’s will help and hype the hell out of your work out , or if you are looking for a nice calm gym session it’s good for both!! 🙏🏽☝🏽

  Excellent workout place. Large gym with different areas on two levels. New and well-maintained equipment. Also great facilities incl. lockers, toilets and showers that are all very clean and in top condition. Very friendly people working there. 100kVND/day, 200kVND/3days, or 300kVND/week.

  Amazing gym. Very welcoming for us to drop in. Coming from the US it was nice meeting the staff that was friendly and spoke good English. The yoga calls was very nice and the teacher was very good.

  It’s a proper gym which is hard to find in south east Asia anywhere. It’s cheap. The staff are friendly. It is clean and open long hours. The equipment is all brand new and they provide sweat towels too. I highly recommend this gym.

  Dead this morning at 8AM when we went to check it out (not a soul working out), equipment looked decent but lights and fans off, no enthusiasm, membership must include yoga/boxing combo at extra cost ?! We went here first for it has aircon, but kid at counter says they don’t turn the aircon on until 10AM ?? Huh??!!! No thanks. Wife and I went down the street to CM where there is life and signed up. No aircon but much enthusiasm and energy.

  The place seems to be closed for good. There's no gym at the address indicated on Google maps

  This has absolutely nothing to do with crossfit. There are no classes, and no equipment. The only thing you get, is 10 square meter of mat's. The pictures are from another location, so they don't match the reality.
