it’s simple but a great little gym to do any kind of strength and resistance workout. i had the space to myself and worked with dumbbells, kettlebells, chest press bench and an array of resistance bands. if you don’t mind getting a little dusty you’ll have a great workout and it’s nice how it’s just open to the small beach street and feels very local. 60k for the day and i saw they have a bunch of classes from ariel silks, pilates, trx and barre

good gym! 60 dong for 1 day and it’s nice and cool and clean. Has all the basics you’d need.

Came here for a quick pump and was really happy. There is lots of air flow so not too hot and there are two quay racks. I was the only one there. The heaviest dumbbells they have is 25kg. Which is fine for me. Would definitely recommend/ go back.

Good gym, overall. Pros: usually empty; cheap; equipped with 2 squat racks, adjustable benches, many dumbbells, mirrors all over; can work out without a shirt. Cons: no air conditioning, only ceiling fans; owner/guard smokes right outside the entrance and the smoke carries in; big mosquito colonies hiding in the weight plates; inconsistent pricing - I asked explicitly about the "5 days" pass and was told it was for 5 entries, later they changed their mind. Prices as of 03/2026: day pass 60k, 3 days 150k, 5 days 220k, 1 month 800k. They accept cash and QR code payments. Equipment list: two squat racks with safety bars; two 20kg barbells; many padded (bumper) plates from 0.5kg to 25kg; dumbbells 1kg up to 25kg; kettlebells; pull up bars; adjustable benches; yoga balls, mats, aerobic steps, ab wheel; the entire floor is rubber padded.

Nice aimple and quiet gym. There is no cardio equipment or machines for weights. Lots of dumbells, kettle weights, squat and bench racks. Lots of different resistance rubber straps. A heavy bag and other assorted gear. Usually open at 7 but you might have to find the man to open it up. Instructions where you look for him are at the front door.

I think calling this a gym is a stretch, since all it has is a squat rack, some rusty kettlebells, and dumbbells. No equipment to speak of, but if you need a place to go to feel you’re working out, you can make it work, but if you’re looking for something more complete, go elsewhere.
