  Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. From the location to the hotel service and amenities, everything is a 10/10. We were welcomed with such warmth and joy, and the reception and staff were always happy to answer our queries and help us with what we asked for. For the price of the hotel room, everything was top-notch, both the room and bathroom were very clean and big enough for two people. There were free fruits given as well. Breakfast is included every day, and free bikes are available for use around the old town, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. An added perk that we weren’t aware of until we got there: free transportation to the airport is also provided! Do yourself a favor and book Allegro when visiting Hoi An.

  We had an awesome experience staying at the Allegro Hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel had all the amenities you could need. Mr. Andrew was so kind and took great care of us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. A special touch was that the staff brought my scooter in from the street every night and kept an eye on it for me, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, excellent service and hospitality!

  Hotel is a 5 minutes walk away from the river which makes it perfect, balancing the serenity expected from a hotel and proximity required to the shops and restaurants. Service is truly beyond my expectations. Sophie received us upon check in and gave us many good recommendations. Staff also took the time to speak to the guests during breakfast, which is heartwarming. Room was spacious and has all the amenities. A very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

  Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hoi An! The room was clean, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay — nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. The pool was a lovely bonus for relaxing between sightseeing. Overall, the hotel has such a cozy feel and is perfectly located just a short walk from the Old Town. Highly recommend!

  Room can be a little on the old/ dated side but generally very clean and well equipped. Sound proofing of the room could be improved (I can hear my neighbours in the corridor and the room doors close loudly). What impressed me is the wide range of services and attention to detail by the service staff. My check in experience was detailed and staff gave me recommendations for my day in Hoi A without me asking. It was a very pleasant experience interacting with the staff. I would likely book this hotel again if I’m back in Hoi An.

  What an incredible place to stay! Everything is immaculately clean and presented, I love how beautiful the motel smells We loved sitting by the pool enjoying happy hour. Breakfast was great, all the staff are so friendly and helpful- a special shout out to Bonnie who was absolutely incredible. The first day we arrived i wasn't feeling too good and had to leave dinner, she was so concerned about me and checked on me for the duration of our stay, great service thank you Bonnie. The bed could be a little softer, that's the only reason I gave the room 4 stars. Thank you so much to the brilliant team at Allegro

  The hotel location is absolutely perfect - just at the cusp of the old town yet still quiet area. Everywhere we went by Grab was a straight road north, south, east or west. The hotel staff was so attentive and tried to help us is any way they can. We stayed for 5 nights and throughly enjoyed the breakfast which provided different options for all 5 days. Highly recommended stay for Hoi An.

  Allegro Spa was the perfect getaway. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for walking into the main parts of town. It was extremely hot during our trip, so the large pool was a lifesaver in the mornings and late afternoons.|​The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its fresh, delicious food, and the on-site spa is very reasonably priced. What really made our trip, though, was the service. The staff is incredibly keen and friendly with a huge shoutout to Sophie! Her warm hospitality and excellent service made us feel so special. We will definitely be back!
