Rooms are clean, staff is so helpful. The air conditioning works, it just might not be precisely the temperature you set it to, but there’s a ceiling fan as well in case the air conditioning is having a hard time, which only happened to me one night and it wasn’t bad. The breakfast has a pho bar as well as an omelet station and plenty of other options too. The staff was so helpful and kind whenever I had questions. They offer money exchange as well and the fee was so small. Honestly I think it was better to exchange money here than at the airport. And, if you happen to get hurt or sick, it’s directly across the street from an international hospital. It’s also an easy and safe walk to the fabric shops, like 10 minute walk. About 15 min walk to the lantern boat rides, which were all great to view in the evenings.

We did a day trip to Hoi A with our two littles (7 and 3) and knew it would be a long day. We found this beautiful hotel and were able to book a room from 10-6. We arrived around 11 after biking and lantern making. We were very hot and found the pool very refreshing. It also had a lot of shade and was a nice way to cool off and relax before our evening activities. We were able to order lunch by the pool. We used the room to shower, change and rest before checking out. The rooms were beautiful and the service was excellent. We would definitely consider staying there again and for longer if the opportunity arose.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly their service was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever been too. Fresh and lots of different options. The massages were very relaxing and staff were attentive. I would highly recommend staying at the Almanity.

Just spent a really memorable 5 days in Hoi An. So delighted we stayed here. Beautiful hotel. Loved the pool area and gardens out the front with fab fish pond. Spotlessly clean. Staff all excellent. Fantastic buffet breakfast with huge choice range, local and international. Great location for getting into Old Town, to beach. Provision of good quality, well maintained bikes a big bonus. Great value for money. Would come back any time.

1/5 – Pure Delusion. Avoid at All Costs! Let’s be fair: the staff was great. But great service cannot save a fundamentally awful property. We trapped ourselves here for 4 nights, and it was a complete nightmare. Definitely NOT a 5- star hotel. We booked for 2 adults and 3 kids, but the room wasn't ready. We were greeted with a microscopic bathroom, Poor cleaning, cheap furniture covered in scratches, the cheapest shampoo and soap available, and exactly 2 towels that looked like they had been washed a million times. Our promised "city view" was a view of absolute nothing. To make it worse, they refused to give us extra beds unless we paid extra. Their actual 5-star solution was for all 5 of us to share a single King bed. Ridiculous. We begged to leave, but they refused to refund our 4 nights. Instead, they "upgraded" us to a room permanently locked at 16 degrees (a literal freezer) with a window facing a massive, deafening grid of AC engines. The pool water looked visibly dirty, and the spa massages were low-quality. But the absolute peak of pure stupidity was their layout: they placed the loud kids' playroom inside the quiet spa area, and then spent the whole time shushing the kids. Mind- boggling. We only stayed so they wouldn't steal our money. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. I would never recommend on you ! You should’ve let us go.

After a busy month in Europe attending a wedding and visiting relatives, we booked a Luxury Escape week in Hoi An to unwind.||No need for lots of touristic events, as we were in Da Nang a year earlier. Besides, average temperature has been 35c plus.||We humans are social beings, and the staff at Almanity go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome, whether they are English speaking or not. For example, house keeping ladies greet us with a wave, big smile, and xin chào.||Our front of house contact has been Lien. She has kept a watchful eye on our coming and goings; assisting us via phone calls to sort a communication issue with a local reputable tailor. ||Moc Garden restaurant staff are above and beyond reasonable expectations. As we are full board, we see both the morning (Ly) and evening staff managers (Yen). They know your name, room number, dinning preferences down all the way to requiring a portable fan near your table due to perspiration. All without asking. ||Due to a chronic back issue and being away from usual allied health professionals, we utilised our packaged massages in two days, and have continued to be pampered by the Mychi Spa staff. This has included oil massages. facials, and nail treatments. Attention to detail did not go unnoticed.||We do not give random one or five star reviews when travelling; they really must be earned. Objectively a five star review, you will not be disappointed.||Thank you.|(Rm 1109)

We had such a wonderful stay at Almanity Hoi An that we actually changed our travel plans and returned for a second stay at the end of our Vietnam trip!||The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a fantastic location. We made great use of the complimentary bike hire, cycling into Hoi An Old Town most days, which was a lovely way to explore the area. The security, concierge and reception teams were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed.||A special mention must go to the breakfast team. The breakfast selection was outstanding — by far the best we experienced during our entire trip around Vietnam. There was a huge variety of options every morning and everything was fresh, high quality and incredibly tasty.||We also enjoyed several treatments in the spa and found the spa team to be professional, welcoming and informative. The complimentary foot massage was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.||The highlight of our stay, however, was the pool area and the exceptional service we received from Thanh and Danh. They worked as lifeguards and at the pool bar during most of our stay and genuinely made our experience special. They were attentive, friendly, professional and always took the time to make us feel looked after. Their customer service was outstanding and they were a big reason why we enjoyed our time at the hotel so much. Thank you both for helping create such wonderful memories for our family.||We would highly recommend Almanity Hoi An to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

A lovely hotel just a short walk from the main Old Town area. The environment in the hotel is very nice with a lovely pool area. The gym is not huge but still pretty good. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and gave us some good local advice. Being able to use the hotel bicycles free of charge is also a nice touch. The breakfast was quite good (not the best selection of hot food, but there were plenty of choices and freshly cooked eggs). There is also a good selection of cafes and restaurants not far away, and while we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant the menu looked very good. The loft room was nice and comfortable, although if staying again I would probably upgrade to the bigger room. If I return to Hoi An would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
