Had a great stay at the hotel! The design of the hotel is very eye-pleasing. It is stylish and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Van and Helen for touristic tips and hospitality). The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. I enjoyed the spa services (I went there two times). I also used the laundry services - I received my clothes back very fast and all in perfect state. The hotel is located a bit further away from the old town, but still easily reachable via Grab within a few minutes. Absolutely staying there again when visiting Hoi An next time!

Wow.. what an amazing experience here at the Spa of Anio Boutique Hotel! Lucy was so kind hearted and really went above and beyond. The staff attention to detail was second to none. I visited another Spa in town last night and unfortunately it was not a great experience. But booking here took the stress off my shoulders and was well worth every dollar! I booked in for a body scrub, a body wrap and a facial and I've never felt so incredible leaving a day Spa. I often visit day spas when I'm home in New Zealand or when I'm travelling, but this by far has been the best I've ever had. Thank you so much to Lucy and the amazing Team at the Spa at Anio Boutique Hotel & Spa! I'm returning on a family trip in October and I can't wait to come back to Hoi An just for this. 100% worth it!

We had an amazing stay at Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An and it truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Helen and Pink welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness. They were always smiling and took the time to ask about our days, showing real interest in our experiences. Their recommendations for activities and things to do were spot on and made our trip even more memorable. It felt very personal and thoughtful, not just like standard hotel service. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, but what really stood out for us was the spa. We had massages with Emily and Luna, and they were absolutely incredible. We ended up going back three times during our stay because they were just that good. Their technique, attention to detail, and ability to make us fully relax were on another level. Every session felt professional, calming, and truly high quality. Overall, this stay was a perfect combination of excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top tier spa treatments. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Anio Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Love Anio Boutique Hotel ! hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is perfect: close enough to walk to the main part of town, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quieter area that feels peaceful and relaxing after a long day out. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and extremely well maintained. Everything feels clean, comfortable, and high quality, you truly get more than your money’s worth with the facilities and overall experience. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to recommend great places to eat and explore, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of if you have any questions or need anything at all. I highly recommend Anio Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free, relaxing, and convenient stay with exceptional service. This has easily been one of my favorite hotel experiences, and I know I’ll be coming back. worth with the facilities and overall experience.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is ideal — under 10 minutes by bike to the beach, Old Town, and all the local attractions, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. I do want to highlight something that really stood out beyond the usual hotel experience. My son slipped by the pool and cut the back of his head — entirely my fault for not watching closely enough. The staff were incredible: they immediately brought a first aid kit, towels, and ice, and stayed calm and caring throughout. What made it even more special was that their attentiveness didn’t stop there — for the rest of our stay, staff members continued to check in on my son, which was genuinely touching and made him feel so looked after. Luckily, the hospital is less than a 5-minute ride away, and once the bleeding stopped we were able to get stitches quickly and easily. Back to the hotel itself — breakfast offers a lovely variety, and the coffee is absolutely delicious. Each morning a staff member would check in with guests to make sure everything was to our liking, which felt like a warm and personal touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the hotel has a beautiful, calm ambiance with lantern décor that feels very fitting for HoiAn. We’ve since continued our journey to Da nang and genuinely find ourselves missing the hotel — and HoiAn itself. If you’re visiting, this place is a lovely home base.

To start, the hotel is fairly priced so I’ll try to put this review in this context accordingly. Rooms are spacious and the location is pleasant in between old town and the beach. But, how can a hotel use a rendered picture on google? The first picture does not reflect the pool at all. The beds are dirty, tiles are loose and the pool bar is not clean at all. I find it very misleading to use a fake picture. Furthermore, during breakfast there are not enough seats for the guests and plates are greasy. The range of options is decent though. There’s a list of things that require upgrades/maintenance. We shared this with one of the receptionists and she was very kind and open to our feedback. Even though the price is not that high, this should never be a reason for hygienic issues. I do not understand how this can be rated 9.0+ to be honest. I hope the hotel gets the upgrades and maintenance it deserves.

We have stayed at Anio Boutique Hotel in Vietnam for a few weeks now and it has been absolutely brilliant. The bedrooms are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and always kept to a very high standard. ||The staff are all so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they really made our stay special. A special mention to Pink and Helen, who were both outstanding throughout our stay. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive to all our needs, and always happy to help with anything. ||Our stay honestly couldn’t have been better, and we will definitely be coming back again in the future. Highly recommended!

This was my second time staying here, and I absolutely love this hotel. The swimming pool is crystal clear and very clean. The spa is affordable and provides excellent service. I booked a massage with Mina, and she was amazing — her service helped me relax and recover from the exhaustion of traveling. We booked three rooms, and the staff kindly upgraded two of them for free! At first, the lemongrass scent in the rooms was a little too strong for us, but once I informed the staff, they immediately changed our rooms and even upgraded them at no extra charge. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices available every morning. I can confidently say that whenever I visit Hanoi, I will always choose to stay here again.
