  Amazing resort. Rooms smelt amazing on top of being very clean and large. The resort itself is beautiful on the river with a great pool and restaurant. Just a 10 minute walk to the old town but far enough that you’re away from the loudness of the evenings there. It was a fantastic stay.

  We had an amazing family holiday here at the bel Marina Hoi an in July 2026! We had the interconnecting family rooms and they were really spacious, beautiful and cleaned amazingly. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Ly was extremely helpful to us the whole trip allowing us to communicate by phone with her for tips on places to go whenever we needed. The location is amazing - 3min walk to the river bank & old town. Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful stay at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort from April 27th to May 1st 2026. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The amenities were excellent and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and well maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service. I accidentally left my watch behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They managed to deliver it to me at the airport within 45 minutes, which was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hoi An. The team’s dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding, and we would happily stay here again.

  We and our friends had a great stay at Bell Marina Resort Hoi An! Our tour of Vietnam was organised by Unique Tour, and this resort was the best of all the resorts. Gardens are well looked after, manicured, beautiful and peaceful spot, a lovely pool and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful , where ever we were, they always greeted us with smiles and made sure we had everything we needed. They re well trained and have attention to détails. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect — just a short ride from the ancient town and easy to reach the beach. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. We did the cooking class with a chef called Skum, a whole menu, plus the market, and we finished with our cooking lunch overlooking the river. We are 2 French qualified chefs, and Skum delivered an astonishing cooking class, passionate and sharing his culture, and love for food. Thank chef, it was a highlight in my Vietnam holidays. The 4 of us, had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

  The resort is easy walking distance from the old city. It is near night life, restaurants, and more. The resort itself is clean, generous and tasty breakfasts, 2 pools, a relatively real exercise center with machines and dumbbells. The staff was always helpful, the grounds were well treated. The rooms were very very spacious and with a lot of extras. We were very happy with our 2 rooms and our 2 night stay

  Throughout the stay all of the porters were very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and courteous. "Ly" from reception took time to answer all of my questions. Pointed out the hotels amenities and many discounts for the spa and activities. The 2 pools were great. Very clean and the attendees including "Hieu"were always on hand. Drinks at the pool bar were amazing. "Hat" (pictured with me and the wife) made the best cocktails and was very friendly and chatted to us a lot and kept us entertained and "hydrated". She was everywhere around the hotel and kept us up to date with things on offer for guests. The location was super convenient and the pools were a stand out. The buffet on offer was phenomenal and the entertainers were great. The two for one spa was a massive deal for the level of service. I recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone going to Hoi An. We'll be back for sure in the near future.

  Amazing service. Breakfast was so good! Best part is my partner is gluten free and they could organise gf bread for her. She also was unwell and they sorted a doctor to come to the room very quickly. Just amazing service and well priced

  After Ba Na Hills, we stayed in Hoi An for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. They advised us on the distance to the Old Town and even helped carry our luggage to the room.Buffet Breakfast has alot to choose from, western, vegetarian to local food.The hotel was only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, with plenty of massage shops, coffee cafes, and restaurants along the way. We enjoyed exploring the Old Town, shopping for leather bags, and getting personalized Birkinstock slippers made.We also tried various local foods at the market, which were delicious and very affordable. One thing to note is that May is extremely hot, so be sure to bring sun protection, an umbrella, a hat, and a portable fan.Overall, we had a wonderful experience in Hoi An and would love to come back again in the future.
