Great hotel! Super kind and friendly staff. In house laundry services. Super close to the river where you can walk and see the night market or take in a lantern boat ride and about 20 minute walk into the centre of old town where you can enjoy tailoring! Stayed here for my mom’s birthday and they did up her room with decorations and balloons and got her a cake and flowers too! Would book here again!

Amazing hotel with nice rooms. Very clean. The breakfast is definitely worth it as well! You are walking distance to a ton of sights and food. Great nightlife 10 min walk away but it is very quiet and peaceful here.

Exceptional stay near the Old Quarter If you are looking for an authentic experience with top-notch service, this is the place. The location is ideal—close enough to the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter but still peaceful. I must give a special shout-out to Ms. Yen. Her hospitality skills are outstanding; she is proactive, attentive, and handles every request with a genuine smile. A true asset to the hotel!

Stayed here for two nights, the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating,we had pre ordered the breakfast and it was served well on time. The location is close to Hoi An night market, also they do have some fun activities and cab services that come at added cost. It was a pleasant stay and would recommend.

I wanted to like this hotel more than I did! Ultimately it was fine, a decent hotel for a budget and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. However , the room had mold spots on the walls due to a lack of proper air flow and ability to rid the room of moisture after showers. My husband and I frequently sat with the door and window open trying to air the room out as best as possible before we left. The bidet hose also leaked from the wall, we discovered this after using the hose for about 30 seconds somehow soaked the entire bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and large and they arranged a reasonable airport transfer for us but we just want to make it aware to everyone that it is a damp space! I’ll give them the pro of the fact it was the longest lasting hot water and best water pressure we’ve experienced in two weeks in Vietnam

Aka Calla Hotel - booked cozy room with two single beds in the middle of December. Lobby looks empty and low key suspicious, but the room was bright and great. Make sure to ask for the right wifi password with matching wifi name due to multiple wifi locations within the hotel. Loved the clean white cotton bed sheets, clean bathroom and complimentary waters in glass bottles. Beds were really comfy - stayed in until check out time. Didn’t use the old flip flops the room provided. Edge of Old town but walkable.

Where to start.. Firstly room was clean and comfortable, lady at reception very friendly and helpful, gave us great “things to do/where to go” advice. However when we reached our next destination we discovered over £500 of cash (mix of singapore dollars, US dollars and Thai Baht) was missing. The only time the money had left our person was the evening before we left, when we left the wallets in our room in a case. We contacted the hotel who initially told us CCTV showed us locking the room and taking key with us. However later on they said the CCTV wasn’t working!! We stayed in a ground floor family room, the main door was immediately opposite reception. A patio door in the rear opened on to pool area and had a euro style lock with a turnknob on the inside. As we didn’t unlock this door I don’t know whether it is unlockable from outside. Very disappointed with hotels response, which was polite but unhelpful. I appreciate the theft is unfortunate for them too, but security seems to be given little thought. There are reports on facebook of similar issues with other hotels in the area just be aware!
