  I had a wonderful stay at ÊMM Hotel Hoi An. The location is extremely convenient, right in the center and close to many shops, cafes, and the old town, making shopping and getting around very easy. The room was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, providing a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and genuine care. Their service truly went above and beyond expectations. Overall, the service was outstanding and exceeded anything I could have hoped for. I highly recommend ÊMM Hotel Hoi An and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

  We had an amazing stay at Emm Hoi An Hotel, and the wonderful team made it truly memorable. A special thank you to Kim, Cuong, Daisy, and No for their outstanding service. At the restaurant, Kim took exceptional care of us—always attentive, warm, and making sure everything was perfect. No prepared some truly amazing cocktails for us; every drink was crafted with great skill, and we enjoyed them so much! At the reception, Cuong and Daisy were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their friendliness and professionalism made our experience smooth and comfortable. Thanks to this fantastic team, our stay felt personal, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Emm Hoi An Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

  Most of the hotel was quite allright, including the facilities, location, food and cleanliness. The staff, however, were top notch! The friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness made staying here one of the better ones on my trip through Vietnam. They also speak good English.

  So close to Old town and all its sights/attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Greetings upon arrival and departure were welcoming. Did nir use pool as only stayed 2 nights and overcast so water was cool. But looks inviting. 2 x restaurants. Travellers-highly recommend.

  Very noisy, you are not able to sleep because it is too noisy outside your room. The floors have no carpet so you hear every footstep. Guests are shouting in the hall at night, children are running up and down and staff dont ask them to be quiet. The rooms are clean and the food is ok, but the fact that you cannot get a good sleep in this hotel, will give them 1 star. Never again.

  We arrived at this Hotel yesterday and were greeted by friendly welcoming staff. It is by far the best accom we have had and one of the cheapest. $60 per night. Rooms are clean, spacious and everything you need at your disposal. Pool is great with a bar nearby. Buffet Breakfast which was included was more than sufficient. It is a great location about a 15 minute walk to the river.

  Great hotel in a quiet area not too far away from the old time. The staff was welcoming a d very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. There’s a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast provided was delicious and had variety. Recommend coming here to stay when visiting Hoi An, Vietnam!

  BEAUTIFUL RESORT!!! This hotel is so BEAUTIFUL, the pool is so relaxing, quiet and beautiful. The breakfast is AMAZING with a lot of variety of foods to choose from. The room is very CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and nice. The STAFF are so HELPFUL, and kind. They work with amazing tour companies and set everything up so easily and very affordable tours. I had such a good stay for 3 nights, I did not want to leave!
