  As I must say, I have to reviews this 5 star resort, try 5 stars!! It’s a must must stay with absolute worth of every dime pay. The property is huge with every possible amenity one can think of. Suitable for family with kids to roam around. Situated right between the river with private island. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with absolute luxury and true hospitality. Very helpful Reception staff as well as restaurant staff. Our stay was 10/10 on experience as how this resort stands by its standards in rooms, staff behavior, hospitality, food and the property. They have painting workshops, cultural shows, two swimming pools, souvenir shop. Only bummer is you have to walk much to visit old town all the way from moon bridge and is a 15 min. Walk. Overall wonderful experience.

  Great hotel with big, comfortable rooms and a lot of amenities. The two pools were excellent, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The service was also amazing throughout the stay. The location is very convenient if you are going to the Memories Show, although it is a bit far from the Old Town. I still give it 5 stars, but there is one thing I really disliked and hope they improve: the tiny shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. You have to press them a thousand times to get enough product, and the shower gel smelled pretty bad. Replacing them with something higher quality and fresher smelling would make the experience even better.

  I had a wonderful experience here. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Hoi An. The view from the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Everything was convenient and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

  I am Vietnamese, and I would like to write this review in English so that international travelers can easily read and refer to it. My family had a truly wonderful experience here. The staff, the rooms, and the location were all excellent. We will definitely come back next time. I would also like to say to anyone who is still hesitating about the quality of this place—don’t worry, just go ahead and give it a try. I’m sure you will have an amazing holiday in Hoi An.

  We’ve been on the hotel for 10 days, and we have enjoyed our stay here so much! From big breakfast to free bike to get into town, to the beach and around. All this have been a real pleasure. Thán helped us check in, and she was so kind and she did a good help with requirements we had to the room. Really appreciated. Tuan from breakfast was really kind and he did go the extra mile for us as guests to give us a good experience! Only thing we had was the lack of sunbeds, and that it was hard to get one sometimes. But that is a small thing, as we enjoyed life in the city so much!

  Wonderful Stay at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa My stay at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa was unforgettable. The resort is beautifully located on a peaceful island, just a few minutes from Hội An Ancient Town. Surrounded by nature and the river, it’s the perfect place to relax. The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with lovely views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. I especially enjoyed the infinity pool and the delicious breakfast. A big bonus is discount for the famous "Hoi An Memories Show" — an amazing cultural experience just steps away from the resort. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious place with great service and a strong cultural vibe, I highly recommend this resort!

  The property is good and located around the lake. They have their own shows around 5-7 which is free for guests Another show is around 9-10 which guest also have to buy tickets. For lantern boats you have to go to river side which is around 2km from resort. In buffet veg option was not there but i would still suggest as good fruits and other breakfast options

  We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa and would definitely return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, lovely grounds, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It feels peaceful and secluded, yet it's close enough to Hoi An Ancient Town to make exploring easy and convenient.What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Yummy, the Front Office Manager, together with her team, took care of us perfectly throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help went far beyond our expectations. They made us feel valued, welcomed, and cared for at every step.The breakfast offered a great variety of local and international options, and the pool area was a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was throughout the resort.If you're looking for a comfortable, elegant, and relaxing place to stay in Hoi An, this resort is an excellent choice. Thanks to Yummy and her wonderful team, our experience was truly memorable. We highly recommend this resort and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Vietnam.
