  We stayed at Odyssey Hotel & Spa Hoi An for five days, and had an excellent experience! The hotel is in a great location – very close to the Old Town, just a few minutes walk, yet situated in a quiet and pleasant area. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with a genuine willingness from the staff to accommodate special requests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have a nice view. The staff… amazing! High-level service, always willing to help, with a personal and caring approach. Special thanks to Jessie, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay – with changes, upgrades, and answering every question. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

  Out of the hustle n bustle of Hoi An Odyssey was the perfect choice to the last few days of our holiday. Service was great and thankyou Jessie for your great service. Rooms were clean and super comfy. The pool area was clean and the perfect place to be on a hot day. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

  The hotel—and especially the service—was outstanding. The hotel is in a very quiet location without being too far from the action! Since they offer free bicycles, you can reach the old town in under 5 minutes. The manager gave us great local recommendations to help us avoid the typical Instagram spots! Upon arrival, she explained everything to us in detail, including where and when things were happening. Breakfast was fantastic and had everything your heart could desire in the morning! The pool and bar area were also very well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely come back!

  I had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Odyssey Hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Hoi An, which makes it perfect for relaxing, yet it’s still very close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the whole property feels very cared for and welcoming to guests. One of the best perks is the availability of bicycles – I highly recommend using them, as they make getting around quick, easy, and enjoyable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. A special mention goes to Jessie – she is absolutely lovely, always smiling, eager to help, and has a fantastic sense of humor that really made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!

  We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were amazing, Anh was just lovely! She gave great advice on where to go and what to do ect and made us feel very welcome. It’s not the most amazing hotel in terms of facilities but it has a lot of charm! Everyone there was happy to be there and the price of everything was great value. The breakfast is just average. If you’re looking at a fantastic mid range hotel this is the one. Thank you for having us stay we had a memorable time in Hoi an!

  We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the service is excellent. It's only 15 minutes walk from the centre - but with the heat and humidity these 15 minutes can be a lot. However, Grab is so cheap that it's not an issue. Our only constructive feedback is that it would be good to turn the AC on in the room an hour before guests arrive. It takes about an hour to cool the room to reasonable temperature.

  Great location, close enough to the old town with free access to bicycles to get around. The staff were really friendly and helpful, Anh, Emily, Jessie and Lisa made it a lovely experience. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Really good value for money, would definitely stay here again. Great spa offering as well. Nice and quiet during the day and night.

  Fantastic experience! The best so far in Vietnam. The hotel staff is very kind and super informative, supportive and efficient from the breakfast time through the evening dinner. Breakfast is great as well as the lounge and pool area. Rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped with amenitiesLocation wise it is great as you have complimentary bikes and you can easily reach the busy downtown An oasis of peace and true hospitality.The receptionist go around the hotel engaging conversations with the guests making them feel like home.I wish I could spend more time.Jesse, Emily and Ahn were amazing oriented guests caring people.Thanks a lot!
