  Felt like sharing a room with strangers. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We were given a connecting room even though we never requested one. The noise was unbelievable, we could clearly hear the people next door talking and could even understand their conversations. The noise continued until late at night, making it very difficult to rest or sleep comfortably. The room itself was also not very clean and felt poorly maintained. Overall cleanliness was below expectations. What frustrated me the most was the way the compensation was handled. At checkout, the staff told me they would refund half of my stay because of the issues we experienced. However, after checking out, I received no updates at all, and at this point I honestly do not know whether they will actually process the refund or not. Very disappointing stay and poor follow-up from management. I would not return.

  Bel Marina is in a great resort to stay at when visiting Hoi An. Room was fantastic and large at great value. Service is first class with all the amenities that you would want. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Location to Old Town is great, just a short stroll away and far enough to ensure you can escape the hustle and bustle. Two pools to cool off on those hot days one on the roof top giving you great views. Laundry service across the road and on the corner out the front is a little coffee shop well worth a visit with the owner also a local driver you can hire. Staff are friendly and great to deal with as would be expected a big thanks to Kim for making our stay one to remember

  Bel Marina was absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful room comfortable beds, quiet and amazing pool with a swim up bar which was a added bonus after returning from day trips and needing to cool down. Location was so good with walking distance to the main part of town. Would recomended walking out of the hotel turn left and find the most authentic coffee shop a but further up on the right hand side. Best Vietnamese coffee we had all trip!

  We booked a pool villa. It is so much better than any picture we saw prior to our stay.|Firstly check in was so easy, Scarlett explained everything to us and organised to book us in for complimentary massages.|Then we got to our villa .... WOW! The villa is so beautiful 😍 |So roomy, great view over the river, we had our own plunge pool and then a bigger pool that the villas shared.|Scarlett was at the other end of the phone via whatsapp whenever we had any questions.|We had daily massages included and the spa was well appointed and the staff lovely.|The staff of Bel Marina would all great and were all smiling and welcoming. |Its a short walk from the Ancient town or you can catch little golf cart style buggies.|We will definataly be back, we were very sad to leave.

  Great hotel! Definitely recommend staying at the hotel when you’re in town. It is perfectly located, within a few minutes you’re in the city center, nevertheless, the backyard pool makes you feel very relaxed.||Ly, thank you for taking care of us and all your recommendations. Our stay felt extra special because of you.

  I went to this hotel with my partner to celebrate his 40th Birthday and Alice at the reception along with Zenny were wonderful and Alice specifically looked after my partners suprise birthday arrangements and everything else. Best place to stay if you visit Hoi An, also the whole F&B staff was wonderful who was working in the breakfast service.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Bel Marina Hoi An Resort. The location by the river, the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautifully maintained grounds are already impressive — but what truly makes this place special is the staff.||From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness. The reception team, the porters, the drivers — everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Ly and Kim, who supported us throughout our stay with remarkable warmth and professionalism. Their assistance, including the help with my wife’s electric wheelchair, made a huge difference and made our stay incredibly comfortable.||You can feel that the people working here truly care about their guests. That’s what sets this resort apart.||We would be very happy to return and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.

  Fantastic service and attention to every detail. Plenty of space to explore and sit to watch the boats float bye on the river. A really inexpensive stay for such a beautiful place. Thankyou
