Loved the service here at the hotel. One of the staff members, Joy, was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, always helping us with anything we needed with genuine kindness and pleasure. The entire experience felt welcoming and comfortable from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and in perfect walking distance from everything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This review is about the Spa, we will review this excellent hotel separately to appropriately give it the high review it deserves. At the spa I had a full body massage with Anna and my husband had a full body massage with Vivian. What an amazing experience of relaxation and pampering. We had a one hour but are definitely going back for longer as it was not long enough with how clever their massage techniques are in getting out knots and making you so relaxed. Starting with herbal tea and a relaxing foot wash, lying on comfortable beds the massage begins… you need to experience the rest yourself and I strongly suggest you do! I highly recommend asking for Anna, I will be going back, she is A+++++

We had a lovely stay at Hoian Central Boutique, where we spent three nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Pink greeted us warmly and ensured we had all the information we needed about both the hotel and the surrounding area. Pink was exceptional—she provided fantastic recommendations for tailors, coffee spots, and local trips, and even organised our airport transfer seamlessly. She also arranged a wonderful cooking class for us, including transport, so everything was completely stress-free. Each morning, she welcomed us with a warm smile, truly making our stay even more special. Tram (Sarah) in the restaurant was also excellent. She remembered that I am gluten-free and made sure I was well taken care of every morning, which we really appreciated.

Excellent hotel overall - service is beyond excellent. I’ve been in some 5-star hotels that didn’t have the same standard of service. Check-in experience was also amazing - staff is very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Rose and her colleagues at breakfast for making the experience as smooth as it can be - rooms are good. I just wish the bed was more comfortable and less squeaky, and the pillows thinner. Rest if fully functional - restaurant is very good but food quality can be slightly improved, especially on “simple” dishes like pizza - location is amazing: close enough from the old town but at the same time far from the nightly crowd and noise Overall I definitely recommend

Old dated hotel. The Staff was great and welcoming.. Breakfast was outstanding. The pool was beautiful. Unfortunately we paid extra for a balcony but there was so much smoke from people burning trash everyday that we could not enjoy the balcony. Smoking not allowed on balcony, which makes no sense with all the trash burning. Also the balconies are so close together that you can see and here every conversation and phone calls the neighbors made.

We loved this hotel! We’re a family of 4, so we booked adjoining rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable (not the case at many other places we’ve stayed!). The pool is beautiful, large and quiet, with comfortable lounge chairs, with both sunny spots and big trees for shade. The breakfast is good and offers many choices, both Asian and western. The service was excellent, and we really appreciated Sarah. It is about an 15-min walk to the busy central area and night market, but there are coffee shops and other amenities nearby. All in all, highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very lovely hotel similar to a four star hotel in the United States. There has a great location. I was in room 504 which had a very large balcony with seating and I was directly across the street from the temple. It has double glazed sliders because you are on a main road, but I never heard the traffic. The bed was large, very comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable as well. The bathroom was huge with a nice shower in tub. Great working air-conditioning included a fridge and had wonderful TV stations and plenty of electrical outlets. Wonderful to visit the Hawaiian markets and my favorite place to eat was Hostaria, the owner is a wonderful man from Milan and his food is authentically Italian if you need a break from Vietnamese food.

A lovely stay at this great hotel; all the staff have been brilliant. Special mention to Tannie and Irene for all their help. I had the best massage at the spa here, thanks to Vivian, who was able to adapt the massage to cope with an old injury - her great English made communication very easy - I recommend her to you. The hotel laundry were very good; managing to get suncream stains out of a white shirt! Location is good, the old town is easily walkable.
