  Fantastic 3-night stay – Chloe is an absolute star! My friend and I stayed here for three nights in Hoi An and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The rooms were spotless, the location was great, and the staff were amazing. I want to give a huge special mention to Chloe, who truly went above and beyond for us. It is clear she has a genuine passion for her job and is dedicated to creating a memorable experience for guests. She was incredibly helpful, quickly answering all our questions and taking the time to explain everything about the local area. Chloe made our stay unforgettable, and she is a massive asset to this hotel. Management should be incredibly proud to have her on the team!. Regards Oliver Conway

  My wife and I had a two night stay at the Hotel Delicacy, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a pool view room, which was beautiful, and very tastefully decorated. We ate lunch on one of the days there, and the food was very good quality and good value. The breakfast was also very nice, with several freshly cooked options. All the staff we encountered were also great, polite and professional, and we were made to feel very welcome. It is a ten minute walk to the old town, so is in a great location too. I would highly recommend it, and would have no hesitation in booking again if I ever return to Hoi An.

  The service you receive here compared to the rate is amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff go above and beyond for you. They can assist with dry cleaning also, same day turnaround! Special shoutout to Susan, Chloe & Jolie who kept asking after me when I felt poorly one day.. the staff genuinely care! Air con is great in the room. Will recommend to friends & family The pool area tends to remain very quiet too and they offer 40% off spa treatments 9am-midday!!

  We had a wonderful full stay at Delicacy Hotel and Spa in Hoi an At this price point, I was expecting good service and a nice room but everything exceeded our expectations. Chloe, Susan, Rachel, and the whole staff always welcomed us with a smile and made sure every little detail was to our liking. Felt genuine, refreshing. Gorgeous pool, cute balconies with view. A/C works very well, good water pressure, great SPA, rooms are spacious and decorated with Vietnamese touches, which is what I look for when traveling. Vietnamese and foreign options for breakfast all tasted fresh. Only a 12min walk to the busy and noisy old town, pharmacies, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. 10/10 Boutique experience. Relaxing stay to say the least. We'll be back if we ever get a chance to come back to Hoi An.

  One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Stayed 6 nights here found the facilities fantastic by every measurement fantastic. Superb pool area scrumptious breakfast and wonderfully located. While all these aspects are great it is the staff that set it apart Chloe Rachel and Alice made the stay so memorable. They are both delightful, helpful and area knowledgeable. This puts this property as 5 star. If I could give 6 stars I would. Pete Evans

  We loved our stay here - more modern hotel as still relatively new construction. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, bright and airy room (deluxe suite with beds on two floors). Tastefully decorated. The pool area was lovely.  The breakfast selection was good - something for everyone. It's about a 15mins walk into the night market / old town which is generally fine but not in mid afternoon heat. Would definitely stay there again

  There are many hotels that offer beautiful rooms and great facilities, but only a few leave a lasting place in your heart because of the people. Hoi An Delicacy Hotel is one of those special places. ❤️||From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the charm of Hoi An. Everything was exactly what we hoped for.||A special thank you to Alice and Chloe at the front desk. 🌸 They were always friendly, helpful, and ready with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests.||I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for doing such an amazing job every day. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly prepared. 🙏||The biggest thank you goes to Ms. Hong. ❤️||As someone who travels frequently, I have met many wonderful hotel staff members over the years, but Ms. Hong is someone I will never forget. She cared for us with genuine kindness and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.||Whether it was helping us with our plans, checking in to see how our day had been, or simply sharing a conversation, she always went above and beyond. What touched us most was how sincere and caring she was. By the end of our stay, she no longer felt like a hotel staff member. She felt like family.||Leaving the hotel was surprisingly emotional because it felt like we were saying goodbye to people who had become a part of our journey. ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦||Thank you to Alice, Chloe, the housekeeping team, Ms. Hong, and everyone at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel for making our stay so memorable.
