  This hotel is excellent and offers almost every service a woman could need. I had a manicure and pedicure; it was quick and professional. They also offer waxing, skin treatments, and massages. We also used their laundry service, which was incredibly fast and affordable—we dropped our clothes off in the morning and they were ready by evening, smelling amazing, like they’d been washed with a 'mother's touch.' The staff is very attentive, and you can rent a motorbike directly at reception. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of variety. Our stay in twin room 205 featured one of the best hot showers of my entire trip! My only complaint is that the room had a slight musty odor.

  Nice hotel, outside the old town but within walking distance. The advantage of this is it is quieter and nearby stalls bit cheaper. Comfortable, adequately sized, very clean room with small balcony overlooking back street. Breakfast is good if not spectacular. There is even a small pool. Excellent value I want add that the staff are wonderful. They are very smiling and friendly, always greeting you and ready to help.

  Loved our stay here. Had 2 interconnecting rooms. Great location, 1km from old town and 1-2km from beach. Lovely, helpful staff. Great communication prior to our arrival. Comfy rooms and beds. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Would happily stay again if back in Vietnam ❤️

  Only spent 2 nights here, but wow! Had a great stay, the staff was incredible and really loved our room. We went in winter, and they had umbrellas and cute bicycles to use. Less than 15 minutes walk from the centre, 20 minutes to the Night Market (it's a must go). We were able to book a Basket Boat and Cooking class trip right at the hotel and got picked up and dropped off with no issues. The room was really nice with a balcony and great aircon. Can't stop praising this hotel and the staff! Breakfast was so good, and they have amazing coffee. 10/10!

  Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and good Breakfast option. Live TV and Bicycle free to use. One of our better Hotel on our Trip truout Vietnam.

  Had a good stay here for two nights. The staff were pleasant and efficient. There is a spa onsite with discounted prices. Book your service a couple hours ahead of time. Location is excellent with amenities nearby and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Grab bikes are also easy to grab for a 5 minute ride to the Old Town. Laundry is done with same day turnaround if received early. Breakfast was pretty tasty as well. Would consider staying here again if I returned to Hoi An

  I had an absolutely excellent experience at the Kiman Hoi An Hotel. I stayed three nights there and from the moment I got there, the staff was super nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and we shared some good laughs. The breakfasts were amazing, and the kitchen staff was very efficient and hardworking. My room was great - very comfortable and quiet. I used a bike one day to explore the vegetable village and rice paddies. It was great! The location was perfect for me - about 15 minutes walking to get to old town. There are lots of great vegetation (and other) restaurants in the neighborhood. If I’m lucky enough to go back to Hoi An, I will 100% stay there!

  Nice place, nice people. A on the edge of the busy centre just about a 20 minute walk to river. Our room with a city view balcony was good, better than the pool view rooms. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection of main dishes but decent quality. Fruit and a selection of cakes available. The pool was a bit cloudy.
