  Very happy we picked this hotel for our 2 night stay in Hoi An. We booked a balcony room. The rooms are a good size. The shower and hairdryer are powerful. There was a good selection for breakfast from pho to western options. The fruits were very sweet. Location is great. In a quieter area and less than a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped arrange our transfer to Danang which was cheaper than Grab. Note, sound proofing is not great in the morning. It can be noisy with the sound of doors slamming but that didnt bother us. We didnt hear any noise at night.

  Lovely staff and place, amenities are wonderful, very charming aesthetic. We checked in a bit late in the night but reception was very kind and welcoming. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning unit, didn’t blow cold air and so we slept without blankets and felt sluggish. It’s just been really hot in Hội An. However, we were moved to another unit with wonderful views and comfortable room to make up for it. And while checking out, they offered compensation for the trouble and sincerely wanted us to leave their hotel relaxed and happy. Thank you, La Charm!

  Absolutely loved our stay at La Charm. The best location, good size rooms and amazing attentive staff. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with friendliness The location is perfect, an easy walk to old town, a few very nice restaurants nearby along with laundry and spa services at the hotel and also nearby. Buffet breakfast was nice, clean tasty. Food staff were excellent. Pool area kind of smallish but very nice and very clean Spa services (massage) was professional and very good. All in all, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Adjoining room was perfectly suited to our family situation.

  Our stay at La Charm Hoi An Hotel was outstanding. This hotel truly strives for excellence in every aspect of the guest experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. What stood out most was how genuinely welcoming and honest everyone was. While some businesses and vendors around tourist areas can sometimes take advantage of foreigners, the team at La Charm Hoi An Hotel was the complete opposite. They consistently offered helpful advice, fair recommendations, and made sure we were getting the best value. The hospitality here feels sincere. The staff genuinely care about their guests and take pride in helping visitors have the best possible experience in Hoi An. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our stay. If you're visiting Hoi An and looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with genuine hospitality, I highly recommend La Charm Hoi An Hotel.

  Great service and amenities, though rooms are a bit small. We took the Family + Balcony room. ​The location is excellent—within walking distance to the city centre and Sun Plaza, with great eateries nearby. The staff here were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! They also have a nice swimming pool, and a gym (though I didn't get a chance to use it). ​A couple of things to note: the room itself is a bit on the smaller side. Also, the reception staff can be a bit pushy trying to get you to book their tourist packages, which got a little repetitive. ​We used their in-house laundry service at 55k per kilo. While the price seems a bit high and you can definitely find cheaper alternatives outside, we chose it for the convenience and didn't want to risk our clothes elsewhere. Overall, a good and convenient stay!

  We recently returned from a 3 night stay and only wish we had booked for longer. The location is excellent - peaceful and quiet, yet just a short stroll from the Old Town. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel while still offering all the facilities and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. We especially loved the pool area, where we were always able to find a sun lounger or day bed to relax on. We can also highly recommend the hotel spa for massages and facials. The treatments were professional, relaxing, and very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return on our next trip.

  Our stay at La Charm Hotel & Spa in Hoi A was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with the charm and warmth that makes Hoi An so special. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with recommendations, transportation, or any request. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The spa was equally impressive, providing a relaxing and professional experience after a day of exploring Hoi An. The location is ideal—close enough to easily reach the Ancient Town while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The hotel also provides convenient access to nearby attractions and the beach. What truly sets La Charm Hotel & Spa apart is the combination of excellent service, beautiful facilities, and outstanding value. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Five stars all around!

  My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at La Charm Hotel in Hoi An!||From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.||The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel’s location. It is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, away from the crowds, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially in the evenings. At the same time, Hoi An Old Town is only about a 10-minute walk away, so it was very convenient to explore the attractions, restaurants, and shops.||The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food choices to suit different tastes. We looked forward to it every morning.||The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The gym was also clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a good workout.||Overall, La Charm Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An and would happily stay here again on our next trip!
