  Calm and enjoyable place on the riverside with beautiful views. The decoration is really beautiful like an art gallery with amazing photos everywhere. It’s a bit outside of the old town, but as the hotel provides bicycles and a free shuttle car, it’s not a problem. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, it was a pleasure to stay here.

  Lantana Riverside is not a luxury hotel but it is a smaller boutique hotel with first class service. It is small enough that staff get to know you quickly and greet you by name and with a warm smile. Lisa the Manager spends time talking to guests at breakfast each morning and again during the day. The riverside location is great and during our stay we had a nice cooling breeze from the river. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool was inviting and we made use of it several times a day. This was our second stay at Lantana Riverside and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. The staff make the hotel so memorable. Every single one made us feel welcome. Special mention to Lisa; Tina and Elly at Reception; John and Daisy in the restaurant; Annie in the Spa; Bin, David, Hannah as well as the Chef. Lantana Riverside is great value for money. The area is very walkable plus there is a free shuttle into the central area 3 times a day. Plus there are bikes for hotel guests.

  We had six wonderful days at the Lantana River Side. The staff reliably took care of our needs. They were working during Tet, but were still always friendly and helpful. The large bed was the best thing we had during our ten-week trip to Vietnam. We are both retired and quite particular about our beds 😉. The river view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The entire hotel was very clean. We felt completely at home and would like to say a heartfelt thank you.

  We had an amazing stay at Lantana Riverside Hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The guest service was excellent throughout our stay. As we were celebrating my wife's birthday, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a beautiful birthday decoration on the bed and even surprised us with a birthday cake during breakfast. These special touches made our trip even more memorable. The location is good, situated in a quiet and peaceful area facing the river, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. At the same time, it is only about 10 minutes from the main tourist attractions in Hoi An, making it very convenient to explore the town. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality and wonderful service. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

  Lovely stay at the Lantana. The staff are simply amazing and helpful booking us trips, transport to the main town and much more. 20 mins from the main town but an easy walk to and from with a array of good restaurants. We got picked up from the airport via their driver and also taken to Bana Hills with him on a private tour too which was top notch and everything was on time. The double bed was the largest bed I think I've ever had in a hotel before. Super cosy and comfy. Overall a top hotel for those that want to take it slightly quieter and don't need to be ontop of the hustle and bussle of the city.

  After 3 weeks touring northern Vietnam, my friend and I were looking for a peaceful ew days in Hoi An. The city has become very touristy and crowded, but this hotel, located about a 15 min walk from the old town was in a great location. It is situated along the river in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel itself is showing some age and could do with some renos, so it may be slightly overpriced. The breakfast was just ok compared to some other locations we stayed at. We had adjoining rooms with king beds (comfy), a private bathroom and a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Lovely hotel next to the river and everything within walking distance. Large room with king bed that was extremely comfortable. Nice balcony with pool view. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had really good selection. We would stay here again.

  Beautiful hotel set in a very quiet area overlooking the river with great views. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you especially John and Min who were the stars! Pool was great with plenty of shade when it was really hot. Rooms were clean and spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was great! Plenty of choice and great service. The free bikes were so useful too. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.
