  We really enjoyed our stay at Little Riverside Hotel. The location is great. Not too noisy and still close to the Old Town (about 20 minutes by foot). The staff are excellent and make the stay very enjoyable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is high quality and the rooms are a very good standard. We also appreciated the rooftop pool and gym. And free bikes were also great and allowed us to explore the local area. Everything from the welcome to the last day was really nice 😊

  My wife and I had a great stay at Little Riverside Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located close to the old town while still quiet at night. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the river. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. The pool and spa area were also excellent after a long day of walking around Hoi An. Highly recommended for couples and travelers looking for a comfortable and charming stay in Hoi An. We would happily stay here again.

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to express our sincere thanks. The service was truly exceptional and very personal. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Aimee at the reception - she remembered all our family members’ names, which made the experience feel even more personal. We genuinely felt that our satisfaction was important to her. She assisted us with everything we needed and more, from booking tickets and arranging scooter rentals to giving great advice on local trips. She truly went above and beyond. We would also like to thank the General Manager, who made a point of walking around the breakfast area every morning, speaking with guests, listening to feedback, and offering help whenever needed - a truly personal and thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the Old Town, overlooking the river, and just a 5-minute walk from the market. The rooftop pool offers a stunning panoramic view of the river, especially at sunset. The restaurant and bar prices (food, coffee, and alcohol) are very reasonable, and the happy hour is a nice bonus. The hotel is of high standard, with beautiful and clean rooms. Points for improvement: better air conditioning in the main lobby area and in the spa. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

  Had a wonderful time here. The staff were the standout feature - everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Jenny and the team are amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool is fantastic, with stunning views and plenty of space to unwind. Whether you want to soak up the sun or relax in the shade, it's the perfect spot to spend a few hours. The food and coffee were both delicious and exceeded expectations. Combined with the beautiful setting and excellent service, it made for a really memorable visit. Highly recommended!

  I would highly recommend staying here! The hotel is fantastic with great amenities. It is in the perfect location within walking distance from Old Town but super peaceful. The rooms are lovely and spacious with great aircon. Aimee was a fantastic host at the hotel, she made the effort to remember everyone’s names and was always incredibly friendly and welcome. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future.

  Very friendly and helpful staff.. Hotel rooms wrre6very clean and huge. Good breakfast selection with local and continental choices.. Liked how they incorporated various local cuisine to enable us to taste these dishes.. Convenience store located next to hotel to get snacks and additional drinks.. Awesome pool and breathtaking view of the river. Good happy hour offer at the pool area to enjoy cooling off and drinking.. Will come back and stay here.

  Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The location is within easy walking distance to old town and being right on the river allowed for lovely views. Our room was perfect with balcony and very large comfortable bed. The roof top pool has good shade over lounges and a bar which came in handy.|Dining being breakfast or dining was excellent.|All of the staff made you feel welcome with nothing to much effort.

  Our stay at the Little Riverside was the perfect escape during our 3 days in Hoi An. The staff were friendly and attentive and the pool area very relaxing. The rooms although a little old, had a traditional character with a homely feel. They were clean and functional and had no issues. An amazing pool with riverside views to sit and enjoy a cocktail or a beer. We tried the spa and it was certainly first class. The staff Cherry and Leanne were amazing and very good at what they do. We highly recommend it!
