  We had a wonderful stay at Moire Hoi An and truly loved the experience. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to the Ancient Town while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and full of character. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. As visitors from Israel with specific dietary preferences, we do not eat many types of food, and the staff showed remarkable care, patience and creativity in helping us enjoy every meal. We felt genuinely welcomed and understood. The atmosphere, the design, the hospitality and the attention to detail made this stay very special for us. Hoi An was one of the highlights of our trip, and this hotel was a big part of that experience. We are leaving with wonderful memories and already feel that we would love to return again, perhaps next year with our children.   I’ve been enjoying my stay at this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. All the staff show great hospitality and passion towards helping and making the guests feel welcome. The front desk staff recommended me to join the boat tour and I’m glad I did. The trip was well arranged, the host Rin was enthusiastic, friendly and proactive, he made good cocktail and took great pictures. This trip certainly was a highlight to my stay in Hoi An!

  Staying at this lovely resort in such a beautiful town was pure bliss. Every corner of the resort is absolutely gorgeous, and the river view from the window was simply breathtaking. It truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. ​What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff—everyone was exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The spa was deeply relaxing, and the food at both restaurants was outstanding. We also took the coffee class, which was such a fun and memorable experience! ​If you are looking for a magical getaway in Hoi An, this resort is perfection.

  This was our first time visiting Vietnam, traveling with my 6-year-old son, and our stay at Moire Vignette Hoian was absolutely perfect. I would like to highly commend Prim. We met him at the Sunset Cruise on our first day on May 22nd and saw him again over the next two days at the pool bar and Bistro Julien during breakfast. Prim always greeted us with the warmest smile and took such wonderful care of my young son. His genuine hospitality truly made our trip special. I also want to share my heartfelt thanks to Duyen at Yellow Bicycle. Her bright smile gave us such a positive impression of Vietnam and will stay with us for a very long time. As someone who is very sensitive about cleanliness, the room and bedding were absolutely flawless throughout our 3-night stay. The only slight disappointment was that there were any kids' programs available, but everything else was wonderful. Our family has always spent our vacations in Thailand, but this trip changed everything. We fell in love with this place and now want to return to Moire Vignette Hoian very soon. For our next visit, I will definitely bring my husband along so our whole family can enjoy it together. Thank you to the amazing team for the unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to come back!

  We had the best time here. We arrived to welcome refreshment drinks and got offered a room upgrade as well due to availability. The views of the room was awesome and beautiful facing the river and old town. The staff are extremely friendly and dedicated to what they do - the breakfast buffet was amazing and overall highly recommended this hotel. Anthony from the front desk was extremely helpful and chilled - ask for him if you can!

  This hotel is phenomenal! It was a last minute find and I'm so glad we found the hotel and can't understand why it doesn't appear more in searches. The hotel is a resort. It's absolutely stunning. The location is a short walk to everything with beautiful views of the river. After spending 4 days there and seeing most of what Hoi An has to offer, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The breakfast buffet was great and what made it better were the beautiful views. When you were back at the hotel you could feel that, it was such an experience. Thank you for making our time in Hoi An so memorable.

  This hotel was in a very convenient location to the old town area. All you had to do was walk across the bridge to get there. The hotel room was the best one we had on our whole trip in Southeast Asia! And we stayed at very exclusive hotels too like the Metropole, Raffles, etc! We feel we got a lot for the money. It was very spacious with plenty of storage areas and countertop space which is really important to us, especially in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Our suite had two bathrooms and two televisions, which was really nice. We were able to watch Netflix at night on our TV. The food in the restaurant was very, very good and the service was outstanding. The hotel allowed us to extend our checkout time by a few hours, which was really nice since the weather was bad and our flight was late in the day. There was no additional charge for this, which was very generous. The property is very soundproof and rooms were very quiet. We never heard anyone around us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  We got two 50-sqm spacious rooms for us & our two daughters overlooking the river. Interior tastefully done. The location just 10 minutes walk away from ancient city Hoi An. The breakfasts were top notch. The swimming pool great for lap swimming. Best stay in our many years of travelling. Two thumbs up 👍👍
