  The Nghê Prana Hotel is located a bit out side the centre of Hoi An, and that’s one of the reasons I loved staying there! The area is quiet and peaceful, day and night. The hotel offers free bike rental and a free shuttle bus to and from the Ancient town and the city centre, making it easy to get around. I had a suite with a river view. The room was elegant and simply decorated and spotless. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The best thing about the stay was the kind and serviceable people working there. They helped me plan activities and navigate the city. I felt very lucky that the Nghe Prana was my first hotel experience in Vietnam!

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nghe Prana Hotel & Spa Hoi An. What truly set this apart was outstanding guest relations team guided by Hana. I was staying in another hotel in ancient town and cycling around Hoi An looking for a better hotel. This hotel is located right on the serene Thu Bon River in Cam Nam with perfect peaceful island vibe. From the moment I arrived, Hana helped us to arrange for room preference with good rate. She helped us to ensure our safety and arrange trasportation during night tour in Ancient town. A special thank you to Hana, who is above and beyond by helping us with last minute walk in room booking with her dedication, special care, warm attitude and quick problem solving made us feel incredibly valued. The room were comfortable and location was perfect. We will definitely return because of outstanding hospitality!

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The place is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always doing their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. ❤️ The spa was excellent and very professional, and the breakfast was also top quality with a great selection. ☕️ We actually wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. That alone says a lot about how great this place is. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. ✨️

  We had our two night stay here and can only recommend it. The hotel personelle was friendly and very caring. The service was excellent, we borrowed bicycles from the hotel and with them discovered the surroundings. The room was great and clean, I do hope that the hotel will be maintained in the future well, so that it will stay long as lovely as it was during our stay.

  The best place to stay in Hoi An. We stayed for 5 nights and had the best time at this boutique hotel. The rooms are very nice, the bed is extremely comfortable, and we had a nice view of the sunset. The swimming pool area is really nice as well. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. They have free bicycles which is great because you can get to the city center in 10 mins and also go to the beach through the rice fields (aprox 40 mins). They also have some shuttle options which are complementary. The staff was great! Front desk staff really helpful and friendly. Especially Katy who checked us in and Vi who helped us with a situation we had during our stay. Very personalized stay as well. Recommend staying for at least 3/4 nights for getting the best out of town/beach nearby/and a day chilling in the hotel. I wanted to leave this comment on Booking but I couldn’t. Thank you!!

  This place is a hidden gem! Tucked away on Cam Nam island, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel truly relaxed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned to perfection everyday. The buffet breakfast was always brimming with delicious food and the sundown happy hour cocktails were divine. Will definitely be coming back here on future visits to Hoi An.

  We absolutely fell in love with this hotel, it was truly amazing. |We had been travelling Vietnam and this was our last hotel and I'm so pleased it was.|From the minute we arrived we were greeted by Katy and Hannah who were super friendly and helpful and this remained throughout our stay here.|The hotel is small but perfectly situated alongside the river which makes it such a serene and peaceful place to stay. |Our room was fabulous very clean, light and airy with a super view of the river. The bed was very comfortable. Air con worked well as did the WiFi.|The pool was a welcome treat in the afternoon when the heat was too much, we very much enjoyed a leisurely swim with a cheeky cocktail in hand !|The breakfast was great, and so were the dinners and lunch we enjoyed, cooked very well and delicious.|The hotel is situated a little outside the ancient town the free shuttle came in handy ,but also a grab taxi cost about £1.|We were truly sad to leave, as we met some super people, we have spoken highly of the hotel to our family and friends and hope to return soon .
