This place is so, so nice! From the very first moment of my arrival i was greeted by Ni. She made sure to fast check in myself as it was a late night arrival. Next day just wondered around and this hotel is close everything but as well located in a nice alley, quiet in the night..great sleep and comfortable bed. Overall very well kept and clean. Very good breakfast. Love you guys, love Hoi Ann..good luck and take care!

Big and clean room with a balcony facing the street (but a small one and quiet, even during daytime). Walking distance to the old town. Friendly staff. Different choices of breakfast (yogurt bowl with muesli, eggs/salad/sausages, etc.). Good value for money.

Old town hotel was perfect. Great location, helpful staff and great price. The rooms were lovely, comfy beds and quiet in the mornings and at night. They offer laundry, motorbike, tours and taxis to airport. Next door to the hotel is a Pickle Ball club as well. Thank you for the hospitality

The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Japanese Bridge and the heart of the Old Town. The swimming pool is very pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. My room was very comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable bed—without a doubt one of the best I slept in during my trip to Vietnam. A special mention goes to the two ladies at the front desk, who made my stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, always smiling, welcoming, and happy to help. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel. You can book with confidence.

Overall, I had a very nice stay at Old Town Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it’s very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thanks to Ni and Thuong at the reception, who were especially helpful, accommodating, and always ready with a smile. They made check-in, questions, and any requests very easy. If you’re a mid-range traveler looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service in Hoi An, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night and was really surprised taking into account the amount I paid. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to old town and you can easerly walk to old town. Speak to the front desk as there are gholf cart services that provide transport services to various hotels. The do offer breakfast but not in a trading sense. You must order you breakfast the day before. I found it to be adequate although not the traditional spread. They have a pool and the pool looks clean and well maintained. The best asset of this hotel is Ni, she is simply the best and keeps things running perfectly at this hotel.

Property & Room The hotel is beautiful and well-located for exploring the area. My room was clean and aesthetic. I specifically booked the room with the bathtub; however, it is located outside the bathroom and lacks any nearby surfaces. There are no shelves or tables to put a phone, a towel, or a cup of coffee while using it. Also if there is huge beautiful bathtub, I would expect bathing salts provided. Regarding the swimming pool, I found it perfect. It was 37°C outside, so a refreshing pool is exactly what is needed. Check-in Experience The check-in process was confusing. The hotel contacted me in advance to ask for my arrival time, and I told them 7:00 AM. I actually arrived at 5:00 AM due to my bus arrived earlier. There was no staff at reception, so I waited on a sun lounger by the pool. Even at 7:00 AM, no one was around so I called on whatsapp. When I finally reached someone, I was told I had to wait until 2:00 PM. Later, around 09:00 AM, they called to offer me an early check-in for 200,000 VND as they said there was an available room. I know I have to wait for the check in at 2pm, but if they had mentioned this option when they initially asked for my arrival time, I would have gladly paid it to. Dining Breakfast is a fixed option. It is okay, but I recommend the coffee shop located about 50 meters away for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay here. Great location with lots to do and see in the immediate area as well as a short 10 minute walk to old town. The hotel itself has good comfortable rooms and a swimming pool which is absolutely necessary after a day out walking around. The service however was outstanding. T Huong and Ni looked after us so well arranging absolutely everything. They recommended which tours were best to do around our time restraints and arrange transport for all. We could not have been happier.
