  We stayed at the Riverside White House Hotel in Hoi An for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — close to the old town yet quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude added so much to our visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An and would be happy to return in the future.

  This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. It is far enough from the bustle to be tranquil whilst easy walking distance along the river. The staff particularly Thuy (water) and Loi are absolutely amazing, they cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless, the rooms lovely and the pool an oasis. Breakfast was wonderful, a lovely choice including freshly cooked options to order. Very sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Riverside White House! We stayed in the attic room for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! A very relaxing and friendly place right on the river and a short stroll into Hoi An Ancient Town!

  Lovely little hotel, great location right on the river a short walk from Hoi An's old quarter. Immaculately clean and spacious room. Breakfast included in the price with plenty to choose from to suit Western palates. Love, love, LOVED the pool! Staff delightful and attentive. Outstanding value for money.

  The whole place felt like a warm home-stay with hotel benefits. The rooms are spacious. We took the balcony + river view room, and the view was fantastic in the morning and evening, especially with a few lanterns traveling this way. The breakfast feels home-style, with eggs and pancakes, and to then head to the old town market area for Banh Mi and the rest. We loved access to immediate and free cycles. The river street is a great, calm place to ride. What stood out to me is how Water (the receptionist and superwoman) gave us brilliant suggestions and was already happy to help, guide us, offer travel advice, go the extra mile to sort travel options for us right from the start until we left the place. She’s the best! The staff are very friendly and approachable.

  This hotel is perfect. The owners & staff are lovely & cannot do enough for you. Beautiful location overlooking the river. Good breakfast choices. Ideal to sit on the balcony at night with a drink watching all the boats go by. This is my 4th stay at this hotel & I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the old town. 5 minutes walk into the centre,which is usually crowded, so this is an ideal location as much quieter. Some good restaurants along the river on the walk into town.

  Staying at Riverside Whitehouse is one of the best holiday experiences ever. This family run hotel is wonderful. On the river, great pool, Delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms and the family and staff are the very best. We will return again and again.
