  Nicest hotel of our entire trip - Staff were incredible from the minute we arrived. Very attentive compared to others. Good location, only a 10 min walk from the center of all shops n bars. They clean the room twice a day. Offer you options to add to your trip. The rooms are slightly warm if you don't keep that fan on, however, the air con wasnt great in ours. It wasn't a big deal. They have water fountains in every floor which I think was a nice touch. The Spa staff are amazing so use them. Thank you RiverTown Hotel

  On the island and far enough away from the hustle, a 10 min walk into old town or Grab it to the outskirts for $2. This hotel is very spacious with 2 pools 1 for adults only. The rooms are large and I had a room facing the river with outside balcony. Good shower pressure, fluffy pillows and have Netflix on TV. Breakfast was a good assortment. Loved the free bicycles to get around the island. Staff are friendly, remember your name and alway ready to help with a tour or nearby ATM. Would stay here definitely again.

  We had chosen to stay at this property based on a friend's recommendation and very happy that we chose to stay here. It is about 0.5 km away from Old Town. Therefore it is quiet. On the flipside, if you want to use in town facilities, you have to walk a little bit. Super impressed with the front-desk staff of Thi and Duyen - two people we interacted with. Equally impressed with the Soul Restaurant staff of Thanh and Lan - two people we interacted with and of course chefs that prepared great vegetarian food as well. We had mentioned our dietary restriction of being vegetarian. And this is where their process & information flow was impressive. As soon the staff at restaurant learn our room #, they would bring the special vegetarian menu, helping us identify what all food in the buffet is vegetarian. In addition, each vegetarian dish had a logo added to the label, making it easy for us to pick the right food. Thi and Duyen are the two we interacted with the most, but all front desk staff would freely move about the restaurant area, putting people at ease and making sure their needs were being taken care of. In my opinion they made all the guests feel like super special guests. The resort also had bicycles that we could use for free and umbrellas in each room that the guests can use in case of rain.

  Great hotel in a reasonable price range. Nice rooms, great pool and garden area. Really good massage facilities. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only little thing would be the sandwiches at afternoon tea could be improved. And coffee is average - but we just walked to the corner to get a great coffee.

  Our stay at RiverTown Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The staff’s incredible attention to detail from the moment we checked in until the second we checked out completely blew us away. ​They demonstrated true empathy and thoughtful hospitality right from the start by upgrading our room. We were traveling with our parents, and the staff noticed the original room required stairs that would be difficult for them, so they proactively accommodated us on a more accessible level. ​The room itself was perfectly equipped—we loved that they provided both a fan and air conditioning for ultimate comfort. Another huge plus was the attention to safety and hygiene; they placed an anti-slip mat in the shower and ensured it was cleaned and changed regularly. ​What truly sets RiverTown apart, though, is their personalized concierge service. Every morning, the reception team would kindly ask about our plans for the day. Based on our interests, they guided us on the best ways to tour the city, drawing from their own thorough research to recommend the absolute best local food spots in town. The hotel reception essentially acted as our personal tour guide for the entire trip! ​To top it all off, during check-out, they even did a final sweep of our room to ensure we hadn't left anything behind. The warmth, care, and dedication of the staff made our family trip unforgettable. We cannot recommend RiverTown Hotel and Spa enough!

  We stayed 2 nights in Rivertown and the service in the restaurant, spa & reception was impeccable. We had meals in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch (when we first arrived), dinner (before our spa) and we were always greeted by super friendly staff Luyen, Thang & their team. Food is tasty! We also had the best massage in this hotel, with nice spa rooms and good therapists. ||The location is within walking distance to the old town, however the heatwave during our stay was unforgiving so we hired a EV buggy for an hour at very affordable price to take us around the ancient town, for which the reception kindly arranged for us. ||I must say that after 6 nights in Central Vietnam (Hoi An, Hue and Da Nang), Rivertown is the most memorable hotel for us. Even though the other 2 hotels are better in terms of room size or view, this hotel has the best team with superb service.

  Friendly and polite staff! Their restaurant The Soul serves good, fresh food, so it's a good place to have lunch. After arriving in Da Nang, we went straight to the hotel, enjoyed lunch at the Soul, relaxed check-in, refreshed in the room, and walked towards Hoi An Night Market and the Old Town easily. I stayed for three days and two nights. It's amazing! Spa is good and has a very good price. The swimming pool looks like a relaxing and nice pool, even though I didn't swim.

  Beautiful stay. Such a cute place wuth grear service. We booked it basis the reviews and it was exceptional.|We reached late at night but had our room so nicely prepared with full attention to detail. Breakfast was fabulous with tons of options including Vietnamese food. Absolutely brilliant |The most surprise element was their shuttle service to the stunning Ang Bang beach. We thought we would just hop on - we were the only ones in the big car. They took us and dropped us to the Shore club where hotel guests get free beds- they never mentioned! The Shore club was super and the beach is one of the best I have been to. The hotel should advertise such an awesome service more.|Evening we went to the beautiful town which is 5 minutes walk. The town is picture perfect and location of the hotel really is excellent. |Overall the place is simply fabulous and we would definitely go back.
