  We had a fantastic stay at The Signature Hoi An. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented, with the housekeeping team showing incredible attention to detail—everything was absolutely flawless. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, but we’d especially like to recognize Huy, Tong, and Yen for their outstanding service—they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety of dishes, and we loved that the menu changed daily. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the vibrant Old Town, yet the building is peaceful and relaxing when you want to unwind. The spot is at a crossroads so if you intend to use grabs or taxis to travel out further it’s easily achieved. We also enjoyed massages at the associated spa, where the therapists were highly skilled and professional. I would mention them as well but I had forgotten their names. It was easily the best massages we’ve had in Vietnam. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. (Pictures taken at sunrise and not of hotel but walking distance)

  Our stay at The Signature Hoi An Hotel was truly unforgettable and one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. After checking out from Ba Na Hills, I messaged the hotel to ask if an early check-in would be possible since we were arriving before 3 PM. To my surprise, they gladly accommodated us when we arrived around 1 PM. I had booked two rooms for myself and my senior parents, and they even upgraded one of our rooms, which we truly appreciated. Since my birthday was the next day, they went the extra mile by surprising me with a beautifully arranged towel decorated with candles in our room. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The elegant interior, comfortable bed, and relaxing bathtub made our stay even more enjoyable. And take note, it is located in Old Quarter! Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of delicious choices. On my birthday morning, the staff surprised me again with a lovely birthday dessert and a handwritten “Happy Birthday” message, then gathered to sing Happy Birthday to me. It was such a genuine and memorable moment that made me feel incredibly special. The hospitality here is beyond exceptional—1000%! Every staff member was warm, professional, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. You can truly feel that they care about every guest’s experience. If you’re looking for the best hotel in Hoi An with world-class service, beautiful rooms, and heartfelt hospitality, I cannot recommend The Signature Hoi An Hotel enough. We will definitely be coming back!

  We had a wonderful stay at this Signature Hoi An hotel and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, including the rooms, common areas, and the swimming pool, which was always spotless and relaxing. The team was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is also excellent, convenient for exploring Hoi An and nearby attractions. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with a great variety of delicious meals served fresh every morning. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

  We had a fantastic stay at The Signature Hoi An. The rooms were spotless and beautifully presented. The cleaning staff have amazing attention to detail I could not fault our room at all. The staff overall were absolutely amazing - so attentive, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of food and we loved that the options changed daily. The location is also perfect, close enough to walk to all the hustle and bustle of Old Town while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. We received a complimentary massage at their spa and the staff at the spa were incredibly skilled and professional - best foot massage I’ve received in Vietnam! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An.

  Right on the river in Hoi An and matches the surroundings perfectly. The restaurant breakfast was very good as well as dinner. Pool was nice place to relax. Staff very helpful. Great spa too with sauna. I wish the gym would be modernized with a free weight squat rack and better dumbbells. Otherwise perfect place to stay!

  My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The excellent service from Liz and Kiet made a significant difference. The staff's passion for hospitality shone through even with some language barriers. The location is fantastic, just across the bridge to the old town, though late-night dining options after 10pm are unavailable. I really appreciated the room upgrade and daily laundry service discount for long stay guests. The breakfast spread was sumptuous too! Spa need improvement though. Highly recommend! 👍

  An amazing hotel situated right in the heart of Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the night market. As a solo traveller, The Signature felt very safe, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was absolutely incredible.||I also visited their spa, The Ginger, where I had a head shampoo and back massage. The experience was amazing and excellent value for money. At the end of my stay, the hotel also arranged my transport to the airport, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller and made my journey home completely stress-free.||I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A special mention to Khoa, Yen and all the staff, who were absolutely fantastic.

  Stayed at The Signature Hoi An for 3D2N and had such a wonderful experience. Definitely one of the best hotels in Hoi An with the best customer service and food experience we’ve had.The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made our stay extra relaxing and comfortable.We loved the daily foot spa and also visited Ginger Spa for a relaxing treatment. The spa experience was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our trip.Special thanks to Yen, Hong, Liu, and Kiet for their superb hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient and close to everything we needed in Hoi An.Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
