  It's a spectacular experience. The room was super clean. The receptionist Ly is very kind and very attentive. Really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was extraodinory.

  Ly staff at TTC hotel reception was welcoming, helpful, patient and seemed experienced in her role. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities seemed great but didn't have time to use it due to hectic schedule. Breakfast menu has variety of food to select from. All staff that we encountered were helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

  We had a pleasant stay at TTC Hoi An. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Hoi An Ancient Town and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. One area for improvement would be noise control. During the evening, music and singing from a picketball court across the road could be heard from the room and was somewhat disturbing. Fortunately, the noise stopped before our bedtime, so it did not affect our sleep significantly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend TTC Hoi An for its great location, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality.

  Highly disappointing stay.This hotel is a huge letdown. There is no bathtub even though the listing stated there was one. When we checked in, there was still hair left inside the bathroom, even though we had already notified them to clean it. The trash in the garbage bags wasn't cleared out either. To make matters worse, the air conditioning is broken,it’s set at 16°C but isn't cold at all, and the remote control doesn't work, so we can't adjust the temperature at all. There is also no water dispenser, which makes things incredibly inconvenient.

  Lovely hotel, friendly reception and concierge. Very Nice clean pool but maybe could do with a few more deck chairs for when it gets busy. Room was nice no window but we knew this when booking so no complaints. About 20 min walk to centre so could be closer but still lots nearby. Opposite pickle ball courts oof you’re interested in that! Service was great, cleaned the room daily even if we left in the afternoon.
