  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bad was incredible big and everything was well-maintained. However what truly made the stay special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly and made me feel very welcome. They also have a nice pool in the middle of the hotel with a spa services if you want to enjoy some relaxing time.

  I had such a memorable 5-day stay here with my group of friends last year. We booked 2 different rooms and both had beautiful views with very reasonable prices. The rooms were clean, but honestly the highlight for me was definitely the view and the bathroom haha. The staff were also super lovely and welcoming, which made the whole place feel very warm and comfortable. Highly recommend

  Fantastic from start to finish, the staff were so welcoming and kind from the minute we arrived. Stella kindly sat with us upon our arrival and went through various pieces of information regarding our stay, including recommendations. You’re always greeted with a smile here and the staff cannot do enough for you. The area is quiet and ideally located only a 20 minute walk from the Old Town.

  We liked it all. Firstly, the welcome was great, making you feel cared for immediately. All the staff are very friendly and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious with everything you needed, huge bed, TV with English news and movies, great shower with plenty of powerful water. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice for all tastes and variety each day and good evening meals, served well. The pool, although in the shade most of the time, was very peaceful and clean and great for photos! Nice to have an evening drink. There was a special treat for our Birthday too, very nice touch. The location is good, 15 mins walk to the old town, so far enough away to be fairly quiet, although you never get away from the horn blowing, but the nights here are quiet. The free bikes are an added bonus, they are old but work and it's nice to cycle out over the rice fields and to the beach. Coconut beach is quieter than the main beach and has a nice little cafe with beds to rent.

  The staff were very nice. They seem to be regimented rather than be naturally nice. However, the hotel need a complete overhaul. Pool area was filthy. See photo. This dirt was walked into the hotel area also into the lift area of the hotel. No one cleaned the areas around the pool for 3 days. Filthy. Oh the pool was .5 of a meter one end and the deep end was just over a meter deep. On one side of the hotel was a child minding facility. Children screaming and yelling. You go on holidays to get away from that. On the other side of the hotel was a worker hammering and banging away all day. One Star.

  Sleep and go quiet hotel, about 15 mins walk to old town.Staff members were friendly in general especially breakfast & bar staff but one lady at reception with blue dress was not pleasant but ahs attitude issues. We asked about the possibility of having afternoon tea anytime when we came back in the afternoon (she told us the day before it needed 1 hour to prepare)...this time we did ask POLITELY if we could have it in less than one hour, she became rude and loud and said I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT NEEDS ONE HOUR notice in advance !! Too rude to raise her voice at guests, obviously we were embarrassed and will not recommend this hotel to friends and families. My husband went to stay in Nesta the next day, we couldn't stand this lady.

  I had to say I'm so glad I listen to my friend's recommendation about this hotel. The room was so big and clean, staff are amazing and friendly. They have a pool and also quiet a lot of choices of food and beverages. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Old Towns so it's not noisy, you get to see various locations when you walk there which was fun. If you don't want to walk you can rent their bike (free). Will be back!

  Best hotel experience of our month in Vietnam, hands down! The loveliest staff, a big clean room with a fantastic view out onto the pool, BEST BREAKFAST!! And THAT POOL was such a treat at the end of a long, hot day. We booked a half day bicycle and boat trip that left right from the hotel on their free bikes… Our tour guide, Lam, was fabulous. We learned so much about Vietnam that day. Very happy we chose this quiet location outside of the old town. Old town is cool but so loud and chaotic that we really limited time down there altogether. The hotel was a very short Grab right away. When we checked out, we left our bags for the day because we’re taking an overnight bus to the southern part of the country tonight. The desk staff invited us to come back and use the pool and the shower in the spa to refresh ourselves before our evening departure. That’s what I call Service! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS for the White Lotus in Hoi An!! Wish I could award it 10 stars!!
