  Had an amazing experience today with Tram, who made every part of the day exceptional! She showed us around the local markets, quizzed us on the local cuisine and had a great laugh too. We went back to Trams family home for the cooking experience which was absolutely fantastic, making 6 tasty dishes and having the best time making the food. After cooking and eating, we set off in the nearby coconut boats around the area, where we were met with lots of others doing the same. There was karaoke, boat spinning and fishing all available to do! Again, it was an amazing experience that I highly rate every part of it! A must do when visiting Hoi An! 10/10 experience 10/10 enjoyment 10/10 atmosphere and food!

  We had an amazing experience with Tram, our chef. We made 6 dishes: - Banana flower and green mango salad - Deep fried spring rolls - Crispy rice pancake - Stir fried rice noodle - Stir fried chicken with lemongrass and chili - Dessert fresh fruit - leeches They were all delicious and had it was an amazing experience. After we ate the food we went in the coconut boats for sunset which was also really fun.

  We absolutely LOVED this cooking class with Tram. It was so fun and interactive, whilst also allowing us to learn loads about Vietnam and Vietnamese food. We were able to adapt everything to be vegetarian and Tram even had vegetarian oyster sauce for us to use. We loved going to the market and trying different fruits, and the coconut boat ride was hilarious. Highly recommend this cooking class! 🇻🇳🤩

  Our chef Sonny was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a great time going through the markets and cooking up the fresh food that we bought. Great way to experience Hoi An. We ended it with a basket boat tour at sunset.

  I went in August during the hot season. Tram and her family were so lovely and hospitable they went out of their way to keep us cool and happy, my friend got a little dizzy in the spinning boat and needed extra help feeling better. The basket boat was fabulous fun, we fished a bit and it was all delightful!!! They were so nice and helpful. Cold water, AC car, extra clean, fans during cooking class. The boat was docked right up to class. The market tour of the food market was so interesting. I enjoyed every dish we cooked I learned SO MUCH! Tram took her time explaining ingredients and took her time with every step. It was all very clean, the bathrooms were clean. The setting was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This was our fourth cooking class and this was THE BEST book this one!!! Yes!!!

  Tram was a lovely host for the cooking-class! We learned so much about the vietnamese food by going to the market together! Before the cooking we got a coconut-boat ride to see the show, listen to music and fishing! The cooking was fun, tasty and unique! We really recomend this place for your trip! Thank you Tram❤️

  Absolutely brilliant cooking course with Tran! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. She was so kind and gentle in her manner. Very informative taking us round the market and invited us into her beautiful home for the cooking course. We were only 6 and while explaining about the ingredients, Tran showed us how to prepare a delicious meal which we made ourselves and then enjoyed for lunch. In the meantime, we also did the round boat tour which had a slightly over touristy element on the main river but was peaceful in waterways. Tried our hand at crab fishing also. All just brilliant.

  Very nice and organised cooking class. We walked around the market and got some ingredients. Afterwards we drove to the restaurant where we cooked 5 different dishes. It was really fun and the dishes all tasted amazing!!! After we ate we took a quick coconut boat tour which was quite entertaining too! Can fully recommend it 😊😊
