  I really like this place. They have laundry and currency exchange services. It's great, it's close to my hotel. They exchange money at a different rate than the bank. They are honest and friendly. I recommend this place for everything. I would recommend it to my friends if they need to exchange money or do laundry.

  Perfect! We cleaned our sneakers here, they were very dirty and smelly from the ha giang loop. Now they are cleaner than ever and smell really nice! I wonder how they did it, it’s very difficult to clean them as it’s a mixture of leather and fabric. Very satisfied, 10/10.

  Laundry were crisp and smelled nice but they washed 2 of my white blouses with coloured clothes.so it ruined the colour

  Absolutely unacceptable that this place is still running laundry service so shamelessly after totally ruining someone else’s precious clothes without offering a word of apology. Simply the worst. Period.

  I mixed up the buildings and dropped off my laundry at this place, and I regret it to this day. Fortunately, the white items were not dyed, but the laundry was probably done at a high temperature, because half of the T-shirts shrank and are no longer wearable. On top of that, I received fewer socks than I gave them, and there were also items belonging to another person in my package. Scandalous.

  Horrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COST. They washed my white clothes together with the colored. Two of my white clothes got ruined. I asked them to clean the stain. They used bleach, eventually ruining my white shorts with black stripes. Paid for 1.5 usd laundry service per kilo which is more expensive than the laundry services around and ended up ruining clothes. AVOID AVOID AVOID. do not visit!
