  10/10 service!! My laundry is perfectly folded, clean after being hand washed and smells gorgeous. Simply dropped off in the morning and was ready to pick up in the afternoon and for such a great price 25k per KG which beats everywhere else! Super friendly and smiley - Thank you

  Exceptional service. I got in touch with them through their contact details on Google via Whatsapp and they responded efficiently. I requested for pick up and drop off from our accommodation as it was the peam of their summer season and we had young kids and they could do it without any hesitation, for just a small additional fee. Pick up and drop off within the same day! Clothes came back clean, folded and smelling fresh. Would definitely recommend using them, it is a family business and the husband and wife are very friendly and helpful.

  Came here for laundry and ended up changing money for a good rate, massage and had some beers and booked tours in Hoi An and Danang. Highly recommended

  Super laundry Service, nice Family Business. We rented a motorbike for one day and had an interesting chat with Mr. Hâ. Finally we booked the bus to Hue at this Family as well. Everything went good, Thank You!

  We have used Bana laundry multiple times during our stay in Hoi An and we recommend their excellent laundry service. Our clothes are always well cleaned and smell nice.

  I was told my laundry weight was 5.5kg when I dropped it off. Then I WhatsApp her and ask if that’s correct and she said I’m sorry it’s 4.5kg. When I went to pick it up she once again said 5.5kg. Then weighed it in front of me and it said 5kg..also I dropped it off in the morning and she said pick up at 5pm same day. Then she messaged me and said pick up tomorrow morning. The clothes did come back to me fresh and clean but I will not recommend this place.
