  Me and my partner wanted 4 pairs of very dirty shoes cleaning and within 24hrs, this laundry service has made them look brand new! As an example attached, my running shoes are so clean now it’s incredible and the price wasn’t even that expensive!!! Highly recommend

  A fantastic laundry service! If you are in Hoi An and need laundry done, don’t hesitate to use Bestie Laundry. They treat your clothes and shoes with care and do a fabulous job. I can’t fault their service. Such an easy process. You can contact them via WhatsApp or just walk in. If they aren’t there, they have a facility to leave your items and come back when ready. We also had our running shoes cleaned as they were really dirty and stained. We were not expecting the stains to come out. When we collected, the owner proudly showed us the shoes with the stains gone! Please be sure to give an extra tip. They do not ask for it but knowing they spend time caring for your things and they charge a fraction of what many hotels charge, it is the least you can do. Thanks Bestie Laundry. We’ll be back in Hoi An next year and will use your services again.

  Bestie Laundry has a premium and excellent service! Highly recommend their sneakers' cleaning. They looked like brand new! Gin has friendly and delivered our clothes directly to our hotel reception which was around the corner. Fast, good price, excellent service and friendly welcome. Thank you.

  Fantastic laundromat in Hoi An. I sent them two 3kg loads of laundry and they delivered it to my hotel in under 24 hours. The service is impeccable, the manager is very friendly, and the laundry smells amazing. He sends a photo of the order via WhatsApp and a message when he delivers it to the hotel. I highly recommend them.

  I was the first customer at this branch this Lunar year. I dropped off a bag full of rather dirty clothes and they were delivered back to my hotel within hours. All beautifully clean and smelling fresh. Used them a second time before we left Hoi An and received same excellent service. Next time I'm in town I shall be certain to visit this laundry again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Besties Laundry is absolutely amazing! Their service is fast, efficient, and incredibly reliable. My clothes always came back fresh, perfectly cleaned, and neatly folded. The staff are friendly and professional. Definitely the best laundry service I’ve used! Highly recommend to anyone in Hoi An!

  We brought our 5-kg of laundry around 2pm and requested for a "rushed" service as we were leaving the next day and we have a show to watch that evening so we cannot pick up. I am aware that it is pushing the limits however the kind staff/owner accepted. As promised, he delivered our washed clothes in the hotel lobby that night. Super efficient, highly reliable and our clothes smelled so clean and fresh. It costs about AUD $2.50/kg. Definitely 100% highly recommended 👍👍

  After many weeks of travelling and ruining my shoes with dirt, beer and bike grease, I finally had to get my shoes cleaned when going ankle deep in mud. The photos speak for themselves, they did an incredible job for a cheap price. I'd get them to clean up my life if they could. 100% recommend
