  Our shoes were cleaned in 24 hours and pretty much looked brand new, very happy with the service! We paid 160k for both shoes. Great price worth every penny

  I used the laundry service here and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The clothes were neatly folded and well-organized, with underwear separated from the rest of the laundry, which showed great attention to detail and care. Another thing I appreciated was the turnaround time. Even though I only used the standard service, my laundry was completed and returned on the same day, which was much faster than I expected. Overall, a reliable and efficient laundry service with thoughtful handling of customers’ belongings. I would definitely use it again.

  They did a great Job with our Shoes! They do not Look Like we wore them for 2 months backbacking through southeast Asia at all anymore! Would recommend everyone to do that before going Home again.

  Look no further! If you’re in Hoi An and need some washing doing quickly this is the place. We had 4kg of mixed washing. Some darks, some lights and some that couldn’t go in the tumble dryer. Kelly organised separate loads for white and darks, dried those that needed to be out side. Everything was neatly folded and bagged. Total cost 150,000 VND (~£4.30 / ~$5.70). It was ready within 24 hours. Could’ve had it back same day for an extra 10,000 VND per KG.

  We took quite a lot of washing and shoes for cleaning here. Gin did an excellent job, even managing to get old varnish out of shorts, which was going above and beyond. We appreciated the fast, professional service including return delivery to our hotel. Many many thanks. We would definately recommend.

  The folks at Bestie Laundry are fantastic! It was easy to find they spoke great English so communication was a breeze. I dropped off my laundry late morning and got a message just a few quick hours later. All my clothes were cleaned and neatly folded and smelled so good. They even washed my laundry bag for me! I'll definitely use their service again.

  Went here twice, both times washing came back smelling amazing and folded so nicely. The first time we weren’t available when it was ready so they dropped it at our hotel for us. The second time the washing was ready within just a couple of hours it was perfect! Would definitely recommend to do if you are in the area and need washing done!!

  Great price, quick & nicely done . They let me know on Whatsapp when ready. Nice touch: underwears were packed together, seperated from the rest. Makes it easy to put in the luggage!
