  Wow, I cannot believe how amazing these shoes look now. These white trainers were not in a good way but now they look like new again! Price for shoe cleaning was reasonable 120K. I also had laundry done and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. It smells lovely and every item nearly folded. Highly recommend Bestie Laundry 🤩

  Excellent service received at this laundromat! Tu (sp?) turned around a few kilos of laundry (they charge by the kilo) at the last minute and she had our clothes washed, dried, folded, and in a plastic bag waiting for us in just a few hours. We requested that our whites and colored clothing be handled separately. This limited our need to pack for the full 2 weeks of our trip, which was a great benefit. I highly recommend her and this service! FYI - the detergent used was a highly fruit-scented one so mind that if you are susceptible to strong scents. Perhaps you can ask for a more neutrally-scented detergent instead.

  We did our laundry twice here during our stay in Hoi An. The service is excellent. The lady even folded all of our socks the right way. The second time she even brought it to our hotel since she wasn't sure she would be at the shop when we were able to pick it up. We even taught that we missed an item and send her a text. The response was instant and since she wasn't at the place she sent us a video of the security camera's where she folded our laundry. Turned out is was hidden between some other clothes and we missed it. This place is perfect if you want your laundry clean and the service is professional.

  Very good. Clothes clean, fresh and folded. Even line dried it as some couldn't machine dry Kept me informed when it was ready. Only a short walk from our hotel Definitely recommend

  Amazing service, got all our clothes washed for a great price and she even delivered them to our accommodation for free because we were unable to pick them up. would recommend this laundromat to anyone in the area. all round great experience

  The best laundry service I’ve used. They removed stains from white clothes I had already given up on and brought them back to life. My favorite suit now looks like new. Definitely recommend.

  This is simply the best laundry this side of Hoi An. There a many reasons why - the quality of the wash, the presentation, the speed of service, accessibility & opening times, the cost …. The list goes on. It is all perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. Over a 16 day period, we used Bestie Laundry 5 or 6 times and it was impeccable every time. They are so friendly too!!! Defo recommended!!!

  Excellent and friendly service. Dropped our washing in on day one and was able to collect the next day. The washing smelt lovely and clean and the team were very friendly. Definitely recommend!
