  After we were in the Ha Giang loop with stormy and rainy weather, a flight and a long sleeper bus with very dirty (and muddy) clothes, bags, and shoes to Mrs. Ha’s laundry. We came with a huge bag, and everything was ready within a day (!). We received fast, friendly, and professional service from warm and lovely people who charged a very fair price for what we got - folded, great-smelling clothes and shoes that look brand new. We highly recommend Mrs. Ha’s service, and if we ever in Hoi An, we’ll definitely come back here. In addition to shoe cleaning and laundry, they also offer repairs on site, though we haven’t had a chance to use that service yet. Highly recommended ❤️‍🔥

  Excellent professional service. We used the tailoring service to repair an old outdoor jacket pocket where the glue had failed. They did an great job, it had to be stitched by hand due to the location. We also had 4kg of washing done. Very happy.

  They did a great job with our laundry. We did 2 loads and picked up our clothes a day later. Everything was clean and smelled great, and we were amazed at how efficiently everything was folded and packed into our bags. Will be using again 🙂.

  I turned in some white sneakers that have been with me for two months traveling SE Asia. I wish I had a before pic because they had no business being this clean and white. I don’t know how they did it but it was some of the best money I’ve spent in this trip. I left them with a big bag of dirty clothes and everything came back fresh, clean, and folded nicely. Such a great experience. They were also very friendly.

  Location handy to our hotel. We had some items requiring ironing and the service was excellent. Kindly dropped back to hotel reception within 24 hours. Value for money. Would definitely recommend supporting this business for a job well done.

  Dropped off at 12 noon picked up 10 the following day. Right beside my hotel. Really good service. I paid 120k for 3kg of clothes which included paying extra to wash whites separately. I was happy to have all tumble dried except one item which she was happy to dry in the sun. All beautifully folded, clean and smelling fantastic. You might find a service for cheaper but the quality here was fantastic as well as a lovely friendly welcome.

  They fixed a large hole in my pants and did an incredible job! It cost 100K and they did it in 24 hours. Definitely recommend! They are so sweet and nice.

  Miss Ha is an expert seamstress. She can resize your clothes in less than one day. The laundry service is very quick, 24 hours.
