  Cô Sa is the best in value and quality when it comes to getting laundry done in Hoi An. She is extremely detail oriented, and even documents time stamps for when she does each client’s laundry. She also folds laundry under a surveillance camera so she avoids losing any items (hardcore!!). I’ve gone to her everytime I visit Hoi An, and her service has always been excellent. Make sure to let her know if any of your clothes have specific handling instructions (ex: hang dry, separated by colors). She doesn’t charge much so help her out by giving her a tip!!

  Excellent service my clothes were all really clean and smelled great when I picked them up! Great value for money as well for only 1 USD per kg The owner was lovely and helped us with some great recommendations for food!

  We were very happy with our laundry service with Mrs SA. The clothes were returned cleaned, folded and smelling nice. Very reasonably priced. We also booked a private car to the airport. Always happy to support local families.

  Great same day laundry service. They wash the whites and colours separate and provided a great service. Nice women running it. Definitely recommend Also she organised us a good value driver for My Son and we used her for our transfer to Hue as well

  Same day service with excellent cleaning! Pick up and delivery was easy, price was fair and honest, and communication was excellent! Would definitely recommend to all travelers in HOI An!

  When I couldn't find my wallet, they kindly helped me look for it and checked the laundry I gave them half an hour earlier (it turned out I forgot my wallet in a café). My laundry was also fresh and clean. I dropped it off at noon and it was ready for pickup in the evening. Great service, helpful and lovely owners :)

  Mrs Ha’s laundry is 20mts from Rivertown Resort where we were staying so it was very convenient. I paid 30 000 VND (A$1.60) per kilo to do my laundry. This was 20 000 less than I paid in Hanoi. I dropped it off early one moving and collected it the next morning. What more can you ask for?
