  We had a great experience with this laundry service. Our clothes were perfectly clean, neatly folded, and looked and smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the whole process quick and easy. What made it even better was that they delivered everything directly to our hotel, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time. We also loved the small thank-you note they included with our laundry, which was such a thoughtful touch.   The service was amazing, clothes were clean and smelling fresh. My teenage son’s clothes came back spotless. So easy to use, the staff were so attentive, the turnaround time perfect. You can pack less clothes when on holiday. More than worth the price, I can’t thank Lucy’s laundry enough for that peace of mind knowing, I could come back from holiday with just the clothes on my back to wash when I get home.

  Lovely family run Laundry..... I packed light for my family holiday to Da Nang, so we needed clothes to be washed whilst there for 6 days. My clothes were cleaned, folded, packaged nicely and delivered to me on two occasions, once within a day, and the other time within the next day. Highly recommend this lovely lady.
