  Mrs Minh did our laundry perfectly! We asked for cold wash and no tumble dry and she did her utmost to handle our clothes with care. Everything smelled really good and looked good as new. We also rented a motorbike with her, which was a great experience as well. She offers very well priced services at 30k/kg for laundry and 120k for a motorbike for a full day. Thank you Mrs Minh!

  We’ve just had the absolute pleasure of doing laundry at Mrs. Minh’s store and we couldn’t be any happier. She is the sweetest and really cares for all of the clothes, and even hand washed those of our clothes she deemed necessary! For only 30k VND a kg we got back perfectly folded clothes which smelled amazing and she even managed to clean out a stain I’ve tried getting rid of for weeks. She truly cares about the business and her customers and we couldn’t recommend it more!

  We had 3k laundry done here. Came back smelling great, everything is nicely clean. 30d/k. We also got 1.5L cold water for 10d

  Great laundry service and good price, we dropped our clothes off in the morning and they were done by 8pm same day. Beautiful smell and very clean. Mrs Minh is lovely and took good care of our clothes! Thank you

  Amazing service!! Best laundry service I have had in my 3 months of being in Vietnam. Removed stains from one of my white t shirts without me even asking. Highly recommend!!

  Avoid. That was by far our worst experience doing laundry in southeast asia. We handed in our laundry, got told a price and to come back the next day. So far nothing out of the ordinary. When we came back, they told us a higher price. First strike. After we got back to the hotel we found out they lost a couple of socks (to be expected) and a PAIR OF PANTS. They denied any error on their side and accused us of not having given them the pants or being to stupid to find them in the returned laundry, even after checking everything multiple times and going to them to talk about the pants two times. We even asked our hotel reception to talk to them, which unfortunately did not help. I would stay far away because either they are highly incompetent or selling high quality items to the next thriftshop.
