  Very satisfied! We had a great experience with the laundry service. The lady was very kind and friendly, all our clothes came back perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Everything looked and smelled wonderful. Highly recommended!

  Very satisfied with the result. Clothes were nicely folded and price was reasonable at 30K VND per kilogram. Mrs Hao is a kind and funny lady.

  Mrs. Hao is so lovely! We had been traveling around Vietnam for 6 days and sweat thru all of our clothes and needed 8kg of laundry done quickly. We heard about Mrs. Hao and went straight there to get our clothes cleaned. She did a superb job, the clothes were all washed and pressed, and smelled amazing afterwards. Didn’t lose any items, and she even packaged them up tightly for ease of transport back to the hotel. If you need laundry done in a pinch while in Hoi An, go see Mrs. Hao without question!!!

  Absolutely AMAZING service!! We dropped off over 4kg of laundry in the morning and everything was ready by the end of the afternoon, super fast and so convenient while traveling! The lady is so kind, friendly, and welcoming, truly one of the sweetest people we met in Hoi An 🥹 Our clothes came back perfectly clean, beautifully folded, and neatly packed! Everything smelled great And the price? SO cheap for the quality of service. Honestly incredible value. This is 100% the best place to do your laundry in Hoi An

  Wonderful place. Friendly people, clean clothes in less than a day that smell great! Standard pricing for the area (30k a kilo) and excellent service. She even repaired my laundry bag strap which had unattached itself. We washed tyes here too, and they are just like new. Thank you Mrs Hao

  My partner and I had a great experience with the service here. I had an old paint stain on my top that she spent a while trying to get out. Very sweet woman who helped us turnaround our laundry in a few hours because of our change of plans! Can’t rate this place enough! All laundry came back folded and carefully placed in a bag!
